Shower curtains! What are you thinking ? They went out in the last ice age. You very rightly project to be a beautiful resort and are deserved of such a title but you let yourselves down with cheap, tired and not very clean shower curtains.

The one thing letting it down, for us and our room was the shower. It was a corner cube polycarbonate shower which was not very good. The bathroom was big enough to have a proper shower in it. Rooms are a little small. We had a superior room with very partial beach views.

Friendly helpful wonderful staff across the board. Great breakfast. Great location. Easy walk to beach and chora. Clean rooms. Comfortable large bed. Parking.

Overall it was great. WiFi was a little weak in our room (building 4) and would drop and reconnect all the time.

Location is excellent. Close walk to the beach and town. Staff was very friendly. Included breakfast was great. Lots of food items to choose from.

We paid over $3000 AUD for a week and the fact that we were not able to swim in the pool before 11am is not good enough! I understand you need lifeguards on duty so you should think of having a lifeguard at the pool from at least 9 am.. Also, the bacon, eggs and hot good was not hot. You need to keep the good warm whilst it is at the buffet! Most hotels now offer freshly squeezed orange juice so please invest in a juicing machine. Everything else was fine.

Overall a really great stay at the hotel! The rooms are a little dated and could do with a spruce, but apart from that everything was perfect! Great pool and bar, and conveniently located only 100 meters from the beach. All of the staff were very lovely and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel!

Not enough umbrellas by the pool. Beach beds not in action until the day of our leaving- bitter/sweet that the beach license only came through that day. Wifi could have been better

Unheated Pool and no Hot tub although there appeared to be one but it wasn't hot. Sometimes we could unlock our door and sometimes we had to get help.

There wasn’t a lift in every accommodation block. This required a room change a night later, very inconvenient. NOTE - Booking.com info states there are lifts, but doesn’t mention that only certain accommodation blocks have them. If we had known this, we would have requested a lift in our booking with you.

Better selection at breakfast

Breakfast was ok - plenty of fruit and yoghurt, but limited hot food which was barely warm. Great location, only 2 minutes walk to beach and comfortable sun beds.
