Wonderfull experience overall. The staff is nice, helpful and make you feel welcomed. Daily room clean up and towel change. No issues with language barriers in regards to English. The parking is private and gated, a few minutes away from the hotel, by foot. Breakfast was ok, only thing I missed was an espresso machine as there was only instant and Turkish coffee. You could get an espresso at the bar though, extra charge. The beach is very close and sunbeds were free in September.

The water of the pool was a bit cold because it is situated in the shadow of large banana trees. The rooms were smaller than expected and not very good insulated from loud noises coming from the pool area.

The staff was very friendly from arrival until departure. My child needed medical help and they pointed me to a good paediatrician that I wouldn't have found otherwise. The breakfast was good but the same everyday - I would have loved a bit more variety and more fresh fruit and vegetables.

Really wonderful hotel with attentive and kind staff who provided us with some restaurant recommendations nearby (as well as a free hydromassage and a really thoughtful gift goodbye). The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we could ask for during our stay! The location is perfect and just a 2 min walk to the beach with designated area for sunbeds so everything is at your doorstep and very convenient!

I loved this hotel. It was everything I wanted for a beach holiday. Very comfortable room, super breakfast with nice choices. Near to the beach and the restaurants and they are so friendly. It was a joy from start to finish.

Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely nice, everything was clean and spotless. We had everything for a perfect vacation.

There was a lack of tea bags when we arrived in the breakfast room & some days they didn't have any, only different fruit tea bags. On our last day they had a good supply in tho. The bathroom is quite small & tends to get very wet after showers.

We had a lovely week's stay at this delightful hotel run by lovely people who were so accommodating & friendly. Thomas was excellent & very helpful & the delightful young lady receptionist was exceptional & very helpful indeed. Breakfast was excellent & had good variety from a cooked breakfast to a Continental style. It was replenished regularly by the lovely Monica who was delightful & friendly & welcoming. It really was a pleasure to eat in there every morning. At the end of our stay we were kindly given a small gift which was a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel & we wouldn't hesitate to return.

The only remark I have was about the breakfast, which could be a bit more diverse. Even though the breakfast that was served was delicious.

The room had a nice sea view, it was really close to the beach, which in September was free for the guests of the Hotel. The bathroom was beautiful and recently renovated. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The hotel pool area was also a nice place to relax. The WIFI connection was great at the hotel as well as at the beach bar.

A well-deserved 10 for the hotel and its staff, under its exceptional management. Beside the facilities that outclass it above 3 stars, Odyssea is the place where you feel like a real tourist from every point of view, especially from the perspective of the attention and kindness that the employees have towards the customers. Very varied, fresh breakfast; exceptional cleanliness; a shady garden, a well-stocked bar. We stayed in the rooms on the 3rd floor, renovated and with an excellent view. The position of the hotel on a shady street, the swimming pool facilities, parking 100 meters away, distance less than 60 meters from the beach, make it, from my point of view, the best choice in Polichronos.

Staff were so helpful and lovely. When we arrrived the hotel they served us cold water and also leaving gave us lovely gift this was so kind and thoughtful. breakfast was amazing and there were so many different foods. Recepcionists were very kind. We stayed in the roof floor it was very silent and has good view. Very close to beach and restaurants.
