the room wasn't great, the bed was pretty hard, and the bathroom didn't have any tiles, it was just bare concrete, which gave it a a jaily feel.

The location is great, looking over the ocean, and they have a small cafe which is in front of the water and you can jump into the crystal blue/green water. They also have a large pool and a convenience store right next to them. It takes a 10min walk to be in the middle of the shops, bars and pubs area. The staff were super friendly, happy to help, gave us fresh towels, and offered to keep our bags after checkout for a few hours.

Breakfast was very basic and food that was been handled by the staff should have been wearing gloves or at least using utensils when handling the food at breakfast.

The location was great, to just walk out of our bungalow and a few steps to the beach or restaurants etc The area felt safe.

Unsure about the efficacy of the roof top pool. Lots of bubbles on the flooring - it didn’t feel very structurally sound. loud in the morning.

Bathrooms are really old, smelly, dirty and also leaking. Mattresses are very strong and hard. The property is very open and there are tourists walking in and taking pictures a lot when you are at the pool. Other Hotel guests smoke near the pool too. The mosque is next to the hotel so the call to prayer is very loud. Not a wide variety of food for breakfast don’t let the pictures fool you.

There is a beach very close to the hotel and you are 5 minute walk away from the restaurants and clubs.

The hotel is divided into three sections - A, B, C with A and B being the best ones, since they are on the ground and just behind the reception, and C being the worst one (mine section) because it’s almost 100m from the reception and it has two stories with no elevator. It is just next to a mosque which will wake You up at around 6am through a megaphone and then there is multiple of these calls during the day. Breakfast are in the European style and You can place whatever You want on the plate from the counter, but the range and quality of the food and drinks is just dissapointing - bellow average.

The location of the hotel is on the main road approx. 8mins from the Ton Sai pier. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception.

Honestly after reading so many negative review I was expecting cockroaches , bedbugs.. but wasn't any. Many people say ac takes time to cool off.. umm.. patience.. people.. I found the room was overpriced.. but that is the deal of the whole phi phi island.i think if you want to enjoy the great view of the sea.. cleanliness.. it's a good choice.. Bell boy was rude.. dropped my luggage in the middle of the road..

Location is amazing. It's 10 min walkfrom the pier ,but this part of phi phi is cleaner. 5 mins walk to beautiful seaside restaurants. Taxi boat is very close too.it has amazing hill view.

We stayed in an annexe adjacent to the main area, it was noisy, doors slamming all night The wet room floor was extremely slippery, potentially dangerous

It can be a bit noisy because of the mosque however this didn’t really bother us, also for such big pools there are not enough sun loungers. The showers in the bungalows are also a bit dark and the water pressure was bad so I showered by the pool.

Great Location, Phi Phi is easy anyway but it’s quiet around and it’s in the more chilled area rather than the party side of the island which we enjoyed. The pools were both so nice and overall I would stay again

Staff brought your luggage to and from the pier for free, 2 beautiful pools friendly staff. No loud noises short walk from centre, they have a breakfast for free but it ends at 10 so we didn’t have any

Location is good, in the between centre of main town and long beach (our favourite in Phi Phi Don), dispute the fact there’s a mosque close to hotel, a bit noisy sometimes when you are trying to sleep. Friendly staff

Maybe a drying rack outside for drying clothes would be nice. Something more comfortable than plastic chairs on the balcony aswell
