Saudi ArabiaEverything was perfect, if you don’t like thick pillows you might need to talk to them to bring you softer ones because most of the standard pillows are hard for me. But they will help you with anything.
Location - Nine minutes to most areas Value for money - good priced for 5 stars Facilities - Clean breakfast, heated private pool. Staff - everyone was really amazing, Thonas helped us with everything (thanks) and Georgia is amazing she knows most things in Mykonos. Lovely people. Everyone else including housekeepers, butlers and waitresses were so lovely. Atmosphere - Very quiet, pool looks amazing especially at night Transportation - free airport service, attendant and helpful drivers. One trip costs a little more than taxis but for me they were more convenient.

SwitzerlandIf I would point one thing from the breakfast would just be the limited bread selection, however the rest more than compensated for that. We tried the hotel restaurant as well, the food was very well prepared and delicious, we just found the portions a bit on the smaller size, specially when paying Mykonos prices, and comparing to eating out.
Breakfast was excellent, always fresh food, plenty of choices including local foods. The view from the balcony also incredible. When we got to the room was our first WOW moment, amazing decoration, plenty of space and the balcony view from over the hill facing the beach area was priceless during day time and at night. The pool area was great, not crowded at the time we visited, also the bar employees were attentive.

We stayed for 6 nights at the Palladium Hotel on Mykonos. The rooms, facilities, décor and ambience were all at the expected 5 star level. What made this an exceptional stay was the staff and the service they provided. They were the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. They always greeted you with a smile and made sure everything was to our absolute satisfaction. The concierge team and drivers (Thanos, Johnnie, Panos and John) went above and beyond to help resolve any issues, including ferry cancelations. We felt extremely safe with them behind the wheel on the narrow and winding Mykonos roads. The reception team (Georgia and Nikos) made us feel welcomed and serviced any enquiries quickly and professionally. The breakfast, pool bar and lunch teams (Nicole, Anna, Sidorela, Panagiotis, Sindri, Anuki and Vladimir) made sure we were quickly served and remembered what we usually ordered. They were very proactive and attentive to our needs – not once did we have to ask for service. The staff made this stay something we will always remember – it was emotional to say goodbye. We highly recommend this hotel.

To me the staff was the highlight of the hotel, which says something, as the amenities the hotel has to offer are unsurpassed: I even got an upgrade which meant I had my own little swimming pool! The breakfast. The cleanliness. The apartment itself. The boss/owner should be very grateful to have the sweetest and prescious personalities within his staff who even managed to give me the feeling that I have a somewhat special meaning to them, not at all in a "professional", but in a sincere, authentic, personal way.

I loved everything. The first thing you notice is how aesthetically pleasing everywhere you look is. I have never seen anywhere so beautifully finished. Every little detail is exquisite. The second thing, and most importantly, is the incredible team who work here. They were flawless. Their kindness, warmth and team work was unparalleled to anywhere I have ever stayed. I will be back and can’t wait to be greeted by a team who feel more like old friends. Thirdly, the rooms are perfect.
