parking was a little problem, you can park your car in any slot in street

room size is big enough. the hospitality is pretty much and it is very enjoyful to be able to reach beach on foot even at late time. there is a kid park at the top of the street. In morning, to give a stop at bakery then go to park was good routine.

This is near city center, but beaches are on town edges. We needed 15-20 minutes on foot to get to N.Marmaras beach.

It was clean, you have all basic things (pictures are accurate). There are also plates, cups etc. Fridge has freezer part. Nothing fancy. We chose budget studio with no terrace, due to rapid jump in prices this year. Since we were out most of the day, didn't miss anything.

Host is great. Everything is clean. Rooms are provided with everything you need. There is beautiful garden outside. You have three small beaches near by that are not crowded. Internet is working fine. You can park the car outside in the street.

Mr and Mrs Papatzikos were very kind hosts and they were for us about our requests we had with check in time (we arrived a little bit earlier than check in time) and he also provided us spare iron (which we forgot to bring with us)... Every recommendation for the accomodation, very clean, cosy, special recommendation for the apartment with sea view which has huge terrace with the most beautiful view of the sea and the port. We likely recommend the accomodation and our stay was just the pleasure...

Beautiful traditional house with marvellous garden. The hosts were really kind to us and were available for anything at all times. The centre of Neos Marmaras is only a minute walk from the house. Our room was cleaned every 2nd day, if not daily, since most of the day we were at the beach only to return to a clean bathroom and floors, along with fresh towels. Would recommend for anyone that wants to experience traditional house stay and vacation in Neos Marmaras.

The location is great for people traveling with their own car, it is near city center, and a great market (on Thursday). The Sea View apartment that we stayed in was exactly like on the pictures, we have enjoyed a beautiful sea view in the evenings. Even when it is a hot night in the town, there is some breeze on the terrace, so it is more pleasant to have your dinner there than in the city restaurants. The hosts are very kind and helpful people, they are always there to help but never to bother you.

Everything was better than expected. The owner has been waiting for us, to give us in person the keys, even though we were quite late and our of the occasional check in hours. They were also very welcoming. They are reachable by phone, for whatever we have might needed, the cleaning lady didn't even disturb us to cleam our room, but did it when we left, during the midday. The location is perfect, cause you are in the center of marmaras within 3minutes walking distance, bakeries, taverns, kiosks and super market are also really close to the accommodation. Furthermore all the balconies are facing the garden, so you can sit the whole day in the shade of the trees. Marmaras main beach is walking distance 20min,but if you have a car you can reach withing 20min.really nice and virgin beaches. I would definitely recommend both, accommodation & location. I find personally the accommodation really prisworthy.

First time coming in Neos Marmaras and we will definitely be back! For us, cleanliness and comfort was super important and that was great. The house is rustic and in natural palm shade, no great need for air conditioning even though it has. Just two minutes walk from the centre and pretty close to get around everything. The host was extremely kind, didn't bother at all but instead showed us a map and advices to visit every beach worth visiting around the second prong and recommended a tour to Mount Athos which we also did. The neighborhood is quiet, great for couples but also families. 10/10.

This sweet guesthouse run by a sweet family was perfect for our expectations. The family is very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, right near to centre as we need. We had everything we needed and whenever I ask any suggestion from the owners they were right there with good suggestions. If we go back to Neos Marmaras again any time I am sure we wouldn't think about staying somewhere else as this guest house had everything we needed. Highly recommended!..

The air conditioner and fridge weren't working correctly, which is really important for summer.

The house is beautiful, it is full of flowers. It's close to the centre and the owner was friendly.
