The pool area tended to be very crowded.

Beautiful breakfast by the large pool. Renting bikes just nearby and visiting all the beaches and wonderful restaurants that Kos Town has to offer.

The gym was not in good order and needs better equipment.several of the equipment were broken. Also our shower in the room did not work well.

Breakfast was fantastic and very delicious and loved the people that worked in the restaurant.especially Peter and his colleague in the evening.they were very professional and yet warm and efficient. The food was very good also for dinner and they have a great chef.I also would like to add that the pretty lady in the front office name Ann . She made our stay smooth and wonderful with her warm and efficient help.she went out of her way to help us in any way and gave us the best tips on the island.the hotel owner Mr. Peridis is VERY lucky to have her .she is a gem! We also loved the location!the little market near the hotel had great fruits.

Just a suggestion to have water refilled on a daily basis.

Very friendly staff, excellent location and great amenities! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Also, it offered the best breakfast we’ve ever had while travelling in Europe.

They need to urgent change mattresses, well at least in the bedroom I was. I had read some reviews complaining about it and can confirm it’s way too soft, adding a topper on it really doesn’t help let’s be honest

The bathroom in the Superior Room was ridiculously small. Step out of the shower bath on to the toilet which was in front of the sink. Very dangerous The drinks were over priced in the bar. More expensive than London prices. Coffee machine in the hotel room leaked everywhere and the cutlery/crockery was very limited Pool towels were very old and warn although clean

Room was quite big and has a private pool shared by 3 executive rooms. Breakfast was also good enough . Receptionist Aynur Hanım was really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was served buffet style and it was delicious! I was very happy with the variety of choices for myself and my children. The food was always fresh! The staff was extremely friendly and the entertainment was great. The poolside area is absolutely gorgeous.

The breakfast was good. Our son had a peanut allergy so we had to be careful there were open containers of peanut butter and nutella.

We visited at the end of August with my wife and two young children. It was a fantastic holiday. For families amongst many things there is a child's pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, kids club and push chairs you can borrow for free. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes but you pass some excellent restaurants. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away with non-tourist prices. The restaurant food is very good quality. The best aspect of this hotel is the staff, they are so warm and friendly and couldn't do enough.

This is a wonderful, small property tucked away in a quiet area yet only a few minutes from the main waterfront, restaurants, etc. Everything is kept so clean but what makes Peridis so good are the people - the staff are exceptional - they make you feel you are staying in their personal homes.

I found the lighting in the room to be frustrating. There wasn't a single light that lit the space enough and you could never really see yourself in the mirror because of the way the lights were positioned. The bathroom was very weird. Tub was extremely high and bit bizarre to get in and out of and it leaked every time we took a shower. Plus the bathroom itself was designed oddly.

The customer service here was second to none! It was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone was always smiling and always willing to go above and beyond. I really can't say enough good things about the staff there. The pool and grounds were also stunning. It was a fantastic environment and it was especially good for families.

Breakfast could be better for the price we payed and the sofa in the living room was a bit outdated. Everything else was great - comfy bed and it truly is a paradise for children (playroom, outdoor playground, pool). A lot of mosquitoes - so be prepared with repellents.

The staff was great, we got a free upgrade of the room and we had a small pool just in-front of the apartment, which was excellent. Location is okay, it takes approximately 10-15min walk to the city centre.

The hotel is exactly as advertised - perfect for families with kids. We stayed for three days with our niece and she had a blast in the pool and playground. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and the staff extremely kind and helpful.
