Front desk is not 24 hours which we didn’t realize till we got there…our fault for not reading the details. It’s a smaller motel style accommodation, and quite fine for the price.

It was not like the pictures on the website; it was an old motel on a main street that has been rejuvenated. The owners obviously care about it and have put in a lot of work to make it attractive. Although everything was "fine" or "fair," it simply wasn't what I had been led to believe it would be like.

The room was clean. The outside was full of blooming flowers. The gardener definitely has a green thumb. Ingress and egress was simple and it was centrally located enough to drive to the train station and breakfast the next day.

Road a little noisy next to hotel. Had window open and a few times heard cars blowing by hotel during the night

Its a beautiful Tuscany styhotel. Has beautiful garden areas with seating and pillows. Very quaint. Woman who owns it is very nice. Place is clean. They even provide a nice linen robe

I was expecting it to be in gardens and next to the vineyard. It was nothing like that - website pictures gave false impression

Very clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The staff were very nice. Lodge is very reasonably priced. I will stay here again.

Noisy heater/air conditioner. Thermostat didn’t work so unit ran continuously. Knob on thermostat is broken and would not turn the actual thermostat controls. No Kleenex or tissues in the rooms. Small thing but important.

One of the rooms was not comfortable, loud heating/AC unit, not as clean, and not welcoming. It seemed to be a poor value. Closed office and you have to ring a bell, so you're disturbing someone in a residential unit to check in. That puts an uncomfortable onus on the customer/guest - some might treat you as if you're disturbing them. Had to repeatedly fill out the customer information. Dropping key without saying goodbye/making sure everything is concluded properly is disconcerting. No such thing as "Checkout".

Cozy little spot. I've stayed a few time - two of the rooms were great - small, but an interesting layout, and arranged to be very welcoming. Parking close. Quiet.

Staff are just the best. Friendly, ablw to make recommendations for where to visit and wjwre to eat. It is a walk to central Napa but about a 15 or 20 min walk, so nice gentle stroll. So close enough.

This is a cute little cottage experience in a great location center of town. I got the hot tub room, it was much bigger than most hotel rooms with a little vineyard right outside the door. The room was spotless and the hot tub worked great. The staff was amazing and very nice. I noticed many bad reviews online - this is a boutique experience, not a 5-star resort. It has old Napa vibes, back when this WAS the only place to get a room in town. The owners did an amazing job keeping it up. It is a roadside getaway, with style. wake up and enjoy a coffee in the little vineyard while you watch the hot air balloons take off. Walk left you hit a Starbucks, walk right you hit a Dutch bro's. The river is right down the way with all the amazing restaurants you can desire and the wine trolly picks up a few blocks away. Or spend 3x for an average room in a nicer building if that is your thing.

There's lots of traffic on the street which made it very noisy in the room.

The location was great. We were attending a wedding close by. Also Chardonnay Lodge did not require a two-night stay and rate was reasonable. When I asked about a discount for being a AAA member, I did not get the discount since I made my reservation through "Booking.com". I'll remember this next time.

I wish they had better coffee/coffee pot but down the street the Buttercream Diner was awesome and had a bakery!

I've been there before and had a room more recently refurbished and I'm not sure this room was. I was close to a busy street which was noisy . Only one small mirror over small sink

A bit distant from downtown, but I knew that when I booked. In fact, I chose that to be in a quieter place, but it turns out it is on a busy street, so you can still hear a lot of noise. Bathroom needs a bit of care. No breakfast. Did not see the vineyard around the hotel...

Just a simple maintenance item, the weatherstripping underneath the door in unit #1 needs to be replaced. We could see light under the door and watched a spider crawl in.

This quaint little accommodation was perfect for our short overnight stay. Staff was wonderful, the room was clean and warmly decorated and the bed was comfortable.

We were in room 21, a king with jacuzzi tub. Door opened to the street so it was a little loud.

Very nice remodel. Clerk at check in was very friendly. I went back and requested another pillow. She went to get it and told me she would bring it to the room. She came back with 2 because she didn't know if I would want down pillow or not so she brought both.

For a 2-Star hotel (as mentioned on the websites), this is a very convenient location, with on-site free parking right outside your room. the room itself was great. good size room with bed, lounge area, a jacuzzi and attached bathroom. Overall we didnt expect much from the place, but it was a wonderful surprise. We reached pretty late, and had called ahead about the late check-in; someone was available to assist us and the process was seamless.
