Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

There was nothing not to like! Firstly in a great position for public transport and the port but mostly what a fabulous find… the staff are truly amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms have everything you need, set up well and very clean. Add that to the free shuttle and a great breakfast, why stay anywhere else. We will definitely be back… it’s a small independent hotel that prides itself in excellence customer service.

United KingdomThe staff were so accommodating and really kind when we arrived with our 16 month old to stay for one night before moving on. There are quite a few steps at the property but we were helped with our bags and our buggy. The shuttle service is a brilliant bonus too and definitely worth enquiring about. The room was great for a short stay - clean and simple with a gorgeous little covered balcony that was perfect for morning coffee.

United StatesAlthough not luxurious, Phidias Piraeus is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The friendly staff go out of their way to be helpful and the location is very convenient to great restaurants and any kind of shopping from luxury boutiques to grocery stores.

FranceVery nice room, newly renovated and decorated with taste, the double window isolation (so rare) and mosquito net, the balcony, the very nice staff, the little attentions. Despite the not so nice view on another building right across, the room was so nice and comfortable that the view didn't matter that much. Out all day long anyways. Thank you for single rooms!! More and more single people are traveling alone, so single rooms are important.

New hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, confortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Located around the corner of the Pasalimani (yacht marina), ideal for a nice stroll. Very convenient, it’s close to the ferries to the islands, the staff even provides a free shuttle to the ferry docks.
