No ice available on my floor, no running water on one of the days of my stay, interior of building needs to be updated. Better lighting needed in bathroom. No AARP discount. No discount for the inconvenience of having no running water for 6 hours.

The lady who did the housekeeping was friendly and kept me supplied with fresh towels, toilet paper and additional coffee.

Floors were not clean (coffee spills on tile). Bathroom door did not close easily (had to lift it to close it. Toilet ran much of the time (needs a new flapper).

Rooms were not as clean as they could be - we had some black splatter on our walls, in the cut of the property it smelled and became dirty maybe a little uneasy feeling a lady lurking outside in the corner. And the a/c had a loud rattle - I was too exhausted to concern myself any changes.

Very convenient and attentive staff ready in the middle of the night for my check in. Quick process. And easy check out.

My bathroom could have been cleaned better! The shower smelled a little urine and toilet had a poop smear on it. Good thing I brought my bleach spray.

Our first room had no electricity. Our second room was fairly clean. The section we were in was old and could definitely stand to be updated. The air conditioner was SO LOUD I barely slept. It is a No Smoking hotel IN the rooms but there is NOT a dedicated Smoking area so ppl were sitting on the ground outside their rooms or walking back and forth on the sidewalk Smoking and talking on their phones so you are still walking through the smoke coming in and out of your smoke free room. We were only there for one night for medical appts in the area...we will not be returning to this particular hotel if we need to stay in the area again.

The front desk was pleasant. The bed was firm and comfortable.

Small room not enough towels..

I live in West Palm Beach ..my house was being Tented for termites.. I paid 311.00. I was supposed to have a deluxe room with 2 double beds..instead it was a small room with a king bed.. I told the clerk when she handed me the key..I went to investigate..I was a bit angry. I was told they could not do anything if I gave more money I would get a BETTER room..to be honest I was pissed..also told that it was your fault..I will never ever do this again..... .

The place was a dump, i.e. the phone jack was ripped out of the wall, broken fixtures, burned out lights in bathroom, moldy areas along walls. I took pictures…it was disgusting.

It was dirty. It was a prostitute hub. It was super trashy the halls to the rooms smelled like urine.the bed was awful. I mopped the room and bleached the bathroom before we used it. It was disgusting.

No breakfast, musty hallway and hairdryer did not work. Although no breakfast Cracker Barrel was right next to the hotel so a few steps away.

It was a great overnight stay for the price. Don't think I'd stay longer than overnight.

Pool could have been a little cleaner. Seemed liked it was not circulating much and was dead bugs floating on top. Looks like it did not get much use. We had a lot of extra space in our room and could have used more benches or chairs to set things on. Air conditioner was very noisy.

Breakfast place in walking distance. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious.
