THIS WAS AMAZING IN ALL APSECTS, FROM THE ROOMS TO THE SERVICE TO THE VIEWS....WOW !!!!!! DEFAINTELY RECOMMEND IT, AND THE LOCATION IS PERFECT

Nearest beach is about 15min drive - we knew this before booking. 4 sun loungers available by the pool.

Very clean, air conditioning worked very well, lovely friendly and helpful staff. Easy to park outside. Clean pool.

We had the studio, which was big and comfortable. TV, a small fridge and a balcony with a superb view were some of the commodities we enjoyed. The pool was clean and the staff super friendly. Definitely my place to stay when I'm visiting Pilos. Free parking available.

There is nothing that can ever be done about the fact this hotel is on a road. The sound-proofing by closing the doors to the outside at night, meant no problem for us - and my husband is a light sleeper. Others may be different. I can advise that when the outside doors are closed the air-conditioning is very quiet and far less intrusive than airport hotels.

Location - harbour view fantastic. Breakfast - loved the huge selection of items brought to the table. Each morning something different to add to the staples. Very friendly service - the charming young daughter of the owners was being trained up, and bids fair to be as efficient and welcoming as her parents.

We ate there a few times. Large portions however the shrimp I ordered had not been deveined and were gritty and unable to eat. When asked why I hadn't eaten my dinner and I explained, I was still charged for the meal. Such a shame. Not good customer service.

Views were spectacular. Super clean with well appointed rooms that included a kitchenette.

The only issue I had was at the restaurant. I ordered the grilled shrimp. Four huge delicious looking shrimp (prawns?) but when I bit into them, they were not deveined and full of grit and "stuff". I tried to pull the vein out but it just broke apart after being cooked and it was inedible. The lady noticed I didn't eat them and asked if there was a problem. I explained and she took my plate away. At this point, I was put off eating. She brought a lovely piece of cheesecake as compensation I guess, however I had to pay full price for my dinner. I don't think that was good customer service and I shouldn't have been charged for the shrimp.

Gorgeous views and exceptionally clean. Loved the young girl helping in restaurant. She hustled and was efficient and very polite. Adorable. The pool was sparkling clean and patio was full of gorgeous plants. Nice there was an elevator so you didn't have to lug suitcases up stairs.

There are two receptions in the hotel, but neither were staffed. Confusing! Head to the restaurant!

Lovely location overlooking the Bay. Superfriendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent with large portions. We didn't need breakfast the following morning. Free parking was welcome. Excellent value for money. Would recommend.

It would have been nice to have a complementary bottle of water in the room on arrival.

Good, easily accessible location with a jaw-dropping view from the rooms, restaurant and pool area across the Bay of Navarino. Useful to have parking just across the road (take care when crossing!).

A huge thank you for this hotel which have been so helpful! I made a booking for my parents from France as they were stolen everything (papers, money, driving licence, phones, etc.) and needed to go the police station in Pylos. The hotel helped my parents to call me, to print some papers, to keep the car safe, they have been so helpful, thank you so much!
