Although old all facilities are excellent and well maintained: - 3 room apartment with comfortable rooms - Comfortable beds - Well equipped kitchen - Convenient shower including all one need - Clean & Cozy - Abundant Electricity sockets - Very good WIFI - Very nice garden and nice view from private balcony - Private parking - Private breakfast And above all the host and hospitality!!! Not a real minus, but a thing to notice that the use of washing machine has charge.

Very helpful owners both with the travel tips and helped us a lot when we needed a doctor for our kid. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had all we needed. Nice touch with games for the kids.The washing machine has dry functionality which is most useful with kids.

Amazing stay. Farm house, amidst a typical old village, splendid views, beautifully renovated and managed, lovely apartment, great playgrounds for children, bicycle free of charge for children & adults, rich breakfast. Top of all: Hospitality! the 2 brothers are extraordinary friendly and helpful, Vassilis provided us with the most detailed tour plans (including restaurants, tickets, ...) and even searched & made appointments for us (taxis, ..).

The only thing one might not like (but I didnt care) is that the village is not at the center of Tzoumrka. It is however close to the highway and I think the overall experience is worth the detour.

I loved everything! This place is perfect in any way! Beautiful, spacious, great beds, super clean and the best service I met in Greece. Vasilis and Dimos are amazing people.

Our 2 night stay was wonderful - the brothers who run this small hotel are super professional and nice - assisted us in every possible way with advices for day trips, places to eat and visit. The apartment was spacious and clean, the breakfast fresh and sufficient, the location is comfortable to visit Tzomerka - an hour away from Pramante, but close to rafting activity, and comfortably located to Ioannina and Zagoria. Great value for money.

Everything was good

A Guest house in the center of the village. The house is built of stone with a beautiful courtyard. The house is divided into two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The place is quiet with a magical view. The owner of the place is a lovely and A courteous man - gave us excellent recommendations.

Everything was perfect! 190 years old renovated house with everything you need inside, up to ice cubes in the freezer. The location is great, right in the middle of the area. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including games. The hosts were very helpful and gave us a lot of wonderful tips for things to do and where to eat. There is a large backyard where children can play. Breakfast is also great. Will definitely recommend.

Vasilis was a great host! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast (not included) was also great and very reasonably priced. Located about 20 minutes' drive from Plaka Bridge, so the location is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Rich breakfast, delicious quality foods. Fully equipped accommodation. Attentive and kind and helpful host. Quiet and peaceful place to relax, beautiful views. We stayed here for one night and then hiked around the area. Lots to see in the area. For example: Klifkis waterfall, Monastery of Panagia Tsoukas

Charming apartment, the decoration gave us a real mountain atmosphere and experience. Excellent equipped apartment. Everything you could think of was available: very large kitchen equipement, dvd player with a large selection of films, inspirational table books, several terraces around the apartment, big garden. Large shower, good beds. Spotless clean. Good and fresh breakfast with lots of choices. Wonderful cappuccino and coffee. Above all, Vasilis is a great, enthusiastic, inspirational host with very high standards of hospitality. Vasilis has a lot of ideas what you could do and where to eat. He mapped out several routes for us, provided with gps routes for the best spots; he gave us his self-made hike- tour descriptions which were not only helpful but very beautiful and fun to do. And just in case, he is always available for you while you are 'en route'. In the village, a couple of walking-minutes away from the apartment, you find a lovely tavern as well as many hiking trails. The area is very authentic, beautiful scenery and spectacular surroundings. Lot to do, to see and to enjoy. Not yet discovered by many tourists. A true hidden gem.

Its a special place with an interesting history. the host is very helpful and friendly. i liked it when we had a rainy day so we could drive to ioannina just 30 min'. lovely and pastorali atmosphere at the village. a nice garden with toys for children. good taverna's 15 min driving and also a nice one at the village.
