Fabulous reception and breakfast staff that really care about their customers. We were well looked after! Breathtaking views of the caldera. Calm and tranquil setting. Located on the Fira to Oia hiking trail. Great selection for breakfast (omelette / fried eggs to order) combined with stunning views from the restaurant. Highly recommend 😀

Really the only complaint is that I booked an add-on with them to have them put out some flower petals and candles for a romantic occasion. While the price was communicated ahead of time, I didn't learn until late the night before we left that it had to be paid for in cash, and not just put on the room like most other things. So I had to have the shuttle driver stop at an ATM on our way to the port. Not a big deal, but it stood out in contrast to how easily the rest of our stay flowed.

The room was incredible, staff were 100% service focused, on-site restaurant was incredible.

If I could give this property 11 out of 10 I would! The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. They were always on hand for anything you might need; transfers, restaurant recommendations etc. The rooms were beautiful and the views were out of this world. The pool is a nice size, not too big but still always a nice buzz at it. Try make time for a treatment in the spa. The massage was one of the best I've ever had.

Stunning location with exceptional views. An added bonus is that you can join the Fira to Oia cliff walk from directly outside the hotel. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to assist.

Transfers and taxis are expensive in Santorini. Swimming pool loungers get busy and pool service is slow

The view was absolutely incredible. The hotel was very peaceful and staff were extremeley attentive. Breakfast was also amazing. Running out of superlatives to describe this place. If you don't want to be in the chaotic Oia but want to experience the beauty of Santorini, this is the place to go!

The bathroom was small.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was attentive all day at the pool and for lunch and dinner. They went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay here - the staff were exceptional, the quality of customer service and attention to detail is one of the best hotel experiences I have come across. The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast is great value for money with enough variety. It is well situated within a decent walk to Fira and along the coastline walk from Fira to Oia which I would highly recommend doing. Cleanliness was good, the size of the rooms is also good. Overall a truly brilliant stay. Thanks very much!

A lot of steps to get where you needed or wanted to go, but not surprised being in Santorini

Everything, starting from hot pre-arrival contact re: thanking us for choosing the Princess, welcome & tour of the property, gracious and sincere care from staff and management, and the unexpected treats/beverages served poolside during the day. The GM, Vios or Eos?, personally introducing himself, his active and present management style. The staff’s welcome and introductions: Fay, reception, Friday (AM Captain), Andreas (PM Captain) and Babis (Maitre d’) Service was above and beyond

This was our fourth stay at the Santorini Princess and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The caldera view is spectacular and is the equal or better of any other resort. But the location just outside of Imerovigli gives a feeling of freedom and quiet that is not possible in the Oia, Fira or even Imerovigli. The staff are welcoming and attentive and ready to accommodate all you needs.
