Everything, this was absolutely beautiful, clean , hot water , beautiful modern rooms , staff brilliant , one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in the cleaners came in every other day . Fridge , kettle , bar was open for all your needs . Reasonable price, menu great , drinks good .. not a bad word to say absolutely fantastic!!

If you dont have car, beach is a bit of a walk.

Amazing hotel with very nice and modern rooms. Very clean and comfortable appartments. Swimming pool great for adults and children and is close by the rooms, so its possible to watch children in it while you stay in the appartment.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

We liked everything about this lovely place. It's comfortable, the rooms are a great size and well maintained everything is immaculate and the staff are amazing. The pool is great too. It's the only place to stay if visiting Malia. The old town is beautiful too and everything is close by. If I came back to Malia I would definitely stay here.

Self catering apartments are not equiped for self catering. A fridge, but no utensils, no chopping board, no basic cleaning or wiping/drying cloths, no toaster, oven or microwave. Just a poor two ring cooker, a frying pan and 2 pots. Low qaulity cutlery and a mish-mash of cups and glasses that could have come from a junk shop. Strange, lots of expense to build lovely apartments and nothing spent on equiping the kitchen. Needs improving.

Good quality rooms. Modern, Light and airy. Quite large rooms. Location is in lovely old town, but the busy part of Malia is only a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of sunbeds in pleasant grassed areas, Breakfasts were pretty good, though not buffet so choice was limited to a menu. Staff friendly, simple restaurant and bar by the good pool.

The staff were beyond friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and always someone on hand to help. Greeted with a smile every morning! The room was lovely and well maintained as were the grounds.

The only small downside were some very loud British girls on a terrace right next to ours, but it could happen anywhere in Malia. We didn't complain as it was our only night there, so we can't say anything against the property itself.

We loved it here, it was very clean, modern and well equipped apartment, the lady welcoming us was very pleasant and efficient, responding to our questions promptly. She even offered us an upgrade to a superior suit as it was available, free of charge, for which we're very thankful. The location was good, close to the centre, but away from the crowds. Would gladly return any time.

Everyone was smiley and polite. We needed another day reservation, and since there was space it happened immediately. The room was beautiful and clean. Quiet also! The garden with the pool a nice place to have a coffee, lunch or anything you like.

I can’t believe that people were allowed to smoke at the food tables so be prepared for a mouthful of smoke to go with your full English. Amazes me that people find it normal behaviour to smoke when people are eating!

It was basic but clean and the staff very friendly. Good selection of food and the best restaurants right outside. No party noise at all

Nothing really. Just one small thing, if you prefer it to be quiet, maybe ask for a room located to the backyard. As in the pool area there will be music in the evenings.

Really nice place to stay in Malia - away from the party mile but still very central in the nice old town. The apartment was amazing for this price, comfy beds, balcony with view of the (distant) sea, a small kitchen and the rooms are spacious. Pool & bar area also looks nice. You have some traditional greek restaurants within 2-5mins walk. I got there early before check-in time and it was no problem too, staff is very friendly. Got a room located to the backyard which was perfect for me, cause it was quiet. Would definitely recommend this place!

The rooms, the pool and the way the staff are… even the young people from the UK who party until late contributes to the total vibe of the place.

rooms were spotless, staff were so friendly and they kept us right on what we needed to do for going out to getting back to the airport .. if I go back to Malia I will be booking here again
