We upgraded to a full Sea View studio and we loved it. The room was spacious, modern, clean. The bed was comfortable, but a bit on the soft side for our taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering hints and suggestions when requested; otherwise nothing was needed from them as everything went smooth as silk. The breakfast was indeed fabulous, many things to choose from, both warm and cold, several deserts, changing a bit every day. A beautiful sandy beach (Kladissos) was just a 2-minute walk away, with a small rocky hill to one side as a nice observation point. The surroundings were a bit unkept on the side from the main road towards the hotel entrance, but that is not the hotel's fault. If you rent a car, it is easy to park on the street near the hotel.

You more or less need a car in order to move around. Old town is quite far away, even though we mostly walked there every evening.

Excellent breakfast, cool air conditioning, 5 minute walk to beach and beach club, pool with plenty of room for everyone, Fotini on reception was excellent in every way. She makes the whole experience easier and welcoming.

The location was hard to get to.. the back of the hotel not as glamorous, a little out of the city but buses were close by.

The property was extremely clean. Very well located, not far from Chania centre. I really liked the receptionist (Vasili) as she was giving very good advices for places to visit and she was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel as this is a great place for the money you pay. I also appreciated the woman serving at the restaurant, she was very kind and helpful.

Add proper curtains on the inside of the room - currently there is one side curtain only and you are expected to pull the outside Storm louvers which is neither easy or practical - Also Toilets need to be fitted with auto extraction fan - currently no extraction which is not healthy for rest of the Room you stay in - should vent to outside. Also Toilet should be fitted with a cleaning hose to use - this was common in other Hotels we stayed in - during last 2 weeks in Crete, Greece. Rooms were very nice.

Receptionist Lady on Duty - was excellent - helpful with great recommendations on tours and restaurants - Very much appreciated her engagement and help. Rooms nice and Roomy. Water and Bottle of Wine in Fridge was a really nice touch. Thank You.

The staff are really nice and accommodating, and the location is convenient, only five minutes walk to the beach. If you wanna go to the nearest down town ( Chania), take bus 21 or 15, it will only take 10 minutes. (And ask the receptionists, they sell discount bus tickets)

We like all . Food is amaizing rooms are big enough and comfortable bed . Check in is super easy to make in every hour that u arrived so its not problem when u will be there . And most of all this amaizing things is the staf expecially Fotini that help u for everything there and the girl that work in swimming pool bar . Hope to come back soon .

Breakfast needs to be improved, quality is just average. Moreover, products for lactose intolerant people are very scarce and need to be included.

The structure is in a very nice location near the beach. In addition, you have everything you need near the hotel (rental, restaurants, beach, supermarkets, …). It is a perfect location if you want to visit different places in the part of Chania. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well equipped and cared for.

the hotel is a bit far from chania city centre. no USB sockets in the bedroom.

The receptionist Fontini is lovely, very helpful. The breakfast has good and variable choices. Fontini let us borrow parasol. The room and kitchenette had good conditions.
