I believe the air conditioning in the rooms needs improvement, and the room I received to stay in with my wife did not have a double bed. Instead, they put together two single beds with wheels, which turned out to be very uncomfortable. Another very negative point was the gym: only the exercise bike was working, but it made a lot of noise, which led the SPA staff to ask me to stop my activities.

The village / resort is built on the side of a hill with 3 tiered layers of accommodate buildings. So if your located at top tiered accommodation bloc rooms and on second floor for a sea view ie rooms 500+ you have about 100 steps including some ramps or a 1:5 tarmac/ concrete road from reception. Plus the hotel is 500m away from main road and the road to hotel is quite steep 1:10. .

The air conditioning makes quite a noise, and the room even though it was clean, it had a wierd smell when we arrived, we thought maybe it was some cleaning product for the room or maybe mold, but we didnt spend much time inside so i cant really tell if it was there all the time, i just thought that i should mention it.

Food average and repetitive. Rooms needs renovation air condition was not great, the beach is not far way but dont have sand or bed, you need to walk 20min to find sun bed sand and restaurants sun bed cost 7euro per bed.

The stuff are absolutely amazing, very friendly and always happy to help. Very quite and safe location. Good swimming pool.

It's a bit away from everything on a hill expect a 2 mile walk to nearest place shop at bottom of hill which was handy I just taxied it ten euro which you get up to 5 mile with I was out of season start of October good to jump in a bus to go the different locations cheap but long journey's could have snax on the Al would be a bonus

I loved the food it was of great standard lots to choose from I went just out of season which I wouldn't from now on drinks on the Al is basic but what you come to expect on a holiday defo worth the money especially if I were to bring a second person very little I paid €339 for week it was €390 for 2 which is CRAZY defo would be back.

Rooms and facilites worn out and need an immediate refresh. Avoid room 105 as it's near the kitchen extractor and the noise and vibration is unbearable whilst the kitchen is functioning.

Room and facilites were clean. Food was decent and tasty. The amazing asset of the hotel is their staff. Both serving and reception staff were friendly and professional, kind and polite. I had an issue in my room where the toilet bowl was broken and water was leaking in the bathroom. I immediately got a sincere apology and a change of rooms. This proves the swift response of the staff and this has not affected my stay at all as everything was dealt with in a professional and genuinely friendly and efficient manner. Thank you to all the staff, you have been amazing and you are the reason I may consider to return.

The staff at this hotel are all great and will do anything to help you. Max is always making guests laugh and smile alongside the others at the pool bar, they are great bartenders! The location of the hotel is perfect for what we wanted - one side is the relaxing harbour of Hersonissos and the other the vibrant nightlife in Malia.

The children play area definitely needs some upgrade. The facilities are limited and the game boards (table tennis etc) needs some serious renovation. The hotel can come up with some more activities for kids. The hotel has only 1 elevator and if you have a room upstairs it will be quite an uphill walk every day to reach your room. The drinks (cola, Fanta) at the all inclusive bar was average and it can be improved. Probably a local product is used.

The property is very well located and nearby to all major attractions. We had booked a family room. However upon check in we were given two double rooms as the family rooms were not available. This, however, was not a problem for us and the hotel staff helped us very much. The rooms were extremely clean and had a wonderful view of the sea. The best art was that the rooms were cleaned every day. The food service was also good with a wide range of items served every day. Sometimes the food area gets busy. The pool side is also very well maintained and you get drinks during the stipulated hours. Overall we had a very positive stay at the hotel and would like to compliment all the hotel staff for their service.

Some employees were a bit rude and had some disrespect towards us. We had a feeling that we were prejudiced because we are young and relaxing. But we talked to them after some arguments we had and we had peace again.

The thing I liked the most were the employees called Nikos and the guy with the Mustache at the bar. They deserve all the credits because they were so polite and nice to us. I loved the housekeeping staff as well and the vibes in the hotel.

Really there is nothing to really bother. Screens at the windows would be a suggestion.

The personnel works very hard. All credit to them. The hotel is lucky to have such staff. Breakfast is very good especially in terms of variety. Also the cooks are doing a great job especially on day's specials! Also tennis, table tennis, and other activities keep the kids busy. Value for money, an easy 10!

Food! There were no variety on the food menu, almost everyday the same food we were offered in our 7nights trip. There were hardly any seafood option while we thought as Crete is by the sea, there would lots of options for sea food!! Not even one item of seafood ! They fill the drink station with cheap cola and juice station with concentrated dilute drink! There were no fresh juice! Food tasted horrible, and the cleanliness was poor! They should really think about food quality if they want to continue there business in tourism. My friends room’s ac didn’t work and they didnt fix it. Ww paid for 4 star hotel but the facilities were like 2/3 starts
