In my room, there wasn't information to explain how to use the hotel's services (e.g., room service) or a map of where to find everything. The shower was also a bit difficult to figure out and dated. (e.g., One of the shower knobs fell off and I needed to reattach it.)

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There is also a shuttle that you can use that brings you to the airport (hotel hoppa). If you are traveling here, I recommend downloading the Hotel Hoppa app before coming, so you can have your ticket ready. I also found the bed to be very comfortable.

Would have been nice to have more lighting options in the room. It was really dark. It would also help if the Booking.com listing referred to this one as the "Radisson Red" because that is how the taxi drivers refer to it. (There is a "Radisson Blu" nearby on the same street, so one needs to be able to specify which Radisson to go to!)

Only thing was my Fish and chips was batter & chips......not much fish at all. I did notice others had bigger fish.

I caught the shuttle bus from term 2.......the driver took me to Radisson Blue. I walked to your Hotel, no problem. The shuttle going back to Heathrow, next day, was O.K. I had a good sleep. Checking in was very inefficient and disorganised initially. I had to wait 25 minutes to check in later in the afternoon despite the fact that many members of staff were visible. I think charging hotel guests £7 for a shuttle bus is excessive.

My room was very comfortable and the lady who checked me in was pleasant.

It would be helpful to make clear that this hotel is the Radisson Red. The fittings in the room are a bit tired, but otherwise everything was fine for a single night's stay.

Well located for easy access to Heathrow with the shuttle bus - alhtough beware that they only run once an hour! The standard rooms are spacious, staff were friendly and we were glad that the restaurant was open on a Monday evening after our flight delay.

Dirty. Attention to detail seems to have been lost here. Dirty, dusty, grubby. Lots of things overpriced from the £5 tray charge on poor quality room service to the in reception taxi car service at a minimum £20 to get to your terminal. A taxi is £8 so I'm not sure what that's about. Phoned room service 8 times and was hung up on each time. When I did get someone on the phone, they said the icon on the inroom phone that said room service was not room service and to call 22 instead. When the exorbitantly priced fish and chips arrived, it had a teaspoons worth of olive green slime on the side of the plate that was meant to be the mint peas. Burnt chips and over battered greasy fish. I would never stay here again. Bad value for money and not a great way to start your trip if you have an early morning flight.
