We came for our babymoon and one year anniversary and everything was amazing. The breakfast in the suites restaurant was unreal.

There is no heating available so the rooms are a bit cold early in the spring.

The hotel was amazing and by the beach. The hotel stuff was great and gave us an upgrade that also gave us access to the Alazonia restaurant. Everything was clean and well groomed. The staff was super friendly. There are multiple extra facilities such as a mini market, a rent-a-car and a mini van that picks you up from the airport.

The buffet meals in the main restaurant are not good. The assortment of food seems suitable for children (chips, pizza, pasta, etc.) which is funny because this is an adults-only hotel. Quality of the main restaurant food, apart from the desserts, is poor. The private pool is not really a private pool but shared with neighbours with visual dividers (not a problem but not as advertised).

Very well maintained property, extremely friendly staff, good facilities. Loved all the cats around.

The spa area was not inviting at all, the cleanliness needed improvement, and the massage prices were also very high.In addition, in my opinion the room was too 'naked', a carpet was missing for example to give a more pleasant feeling

We loved the free drink bar. The meals were reasonable, nothing more, the staff was kind in its own way

Didn’t get a chance to try the food as the restaurant was always fully booked so I guess it’s probably good because we couldn’t try it.

Very good resort. Had the private pool with all inclusive. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a relaxed holiday. Zombie cocktail drink was my go to choice everyday.

A great hotel from start to finish the staff are so friendly, the food is great and the resort has everything you’d need for a relaxed stay. We were lucky enough to have a room upgrade and enjoyed all the restaurants which included Japanese, greek and another restaurant.

The only missing thing was in the evenings after show time , we had no music :/ i think its would be nice if you would play something aside the pool bar while they serving coctails ;-)

Staff need to proactively tidy up sunbeds after people leave beds empty for a king time. Staff to remove any towels added and not used within 30 mins - notices added to not save multiple beds or beds not in use. Plastic use - most people ordered water from the pool. This was provided in bottles so litres and litres of plastic waste. A better option would be large reusable water dispensers that people can help themselves to. Plus ice if needed. Coffee served in a mix of plastic and paper cups where did to heat two cups used per drink. Use of washable cups would be so much better for the guest and environment

Drinks - cocktails are premade and very watery. Sunbeds were comfortable however there a number of broken ones that just need to be removed. Some parties were allowed play loud music on speakers in the pool area while also taking over the jacuzzi area completely and this seemed unfair on those that wanted just to relax. Booking the other restaurants in the hotel was difficult as these were booked up quickly although in saying that when we go back we will stay in the buffet section for the week and that was by far the best option for us.

Staff were the best I've met in any resort we have visited and that includes every single member - nothing was too much trouble and they wanted you to have the best stay possible - the pride in their appearance and role are a credit to the hotel. Pool was great and never too busy with the pebble beach literally a few steps away (wear shoes for the beach however a pontoon is available for access to the lovely warm waters of the Aegean sea). We had a sea view room with jacuzzi bath which was fab as the view each morning it worth it. Only used the bath once more for the novelty however this is not private so your privates will be seen!! Room was very spacious and clean and beds were so comfortable. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and never repeated. Plenty drinks however limited in choice. Evening entertainment was varied and overall I would say very very good and the rock band on the Friday afternoon were exceptional. I would say this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star touches but overall I will definitely be back in fact its already booked for next year. It was a fantastic week.

Room for 3 the sofa wasn’t comfortable.

The stuff was very nice and helpful. Drinks all day. Using an app makes everything easy. Transfer from the airport was very good

Understandably focused on the older generations - the a la carte restaurants were fantastic but the buffet restaurant was a limit limited

breakfast was not superb however lunch and dinner were extraordinary. we got a room where the aircondition did not work so they upgraded us to a room with a pool. that was very nice how ever the pool is shared with another room and there were an old couple which were naked all the time. that was a bit annoying. the beach was great as well as the swimming pools.

Our room didn’t have a view unfortunately but I just guess that’s the luck of the draw. It was described as having an ‘inward view’ which basically means it looks on to other apartments/rooms and a generator. But given that we spent most of the time by the pool, we weren’t bothered. Someone has to have the ‘inward view’. Would definitely spend the extra next time for an apartment with private pool and better outlook.

Everything was fantastic. The staff were great and so was the food and facilities. Can’t say a bad word about it and wouldn’t want to. Just loved our stay which was our honeymoon and will definitely be back.
