Some maintenance needed to finish things to a better standard eg vents to cover pipe holes in shower and communal toilets and shower room facilities not always working.

The location was perfect 2 mins walk from the beach. The pool was very nice, not too much people and a nice and clean. The room was also nice, good beds, however the shower curtain was a little annoying as it would stick on you but it was clean. Airco is working well, it is in the sleeping room but it can also cool off the living room. The terrace in front of the house is really nice and big. The food at the restaurant and at the pool bar is really tasty and very good priced. The pool bar server is also a very nice men but sometimes he is on his phone for more than 20-25 mins or he is away so you need to wait pretty long then to order something. Anyways overall we had a very good vacation here, I can recommend this hotel!

The shower curtain. It sticks to you all the time! And people putting there towels on the sunbeds early in the morning and not returning until lunchtime. Minor issues and certainly didn't impact on our holiday experience.

The pool and surrounding areas were immaculate. Loved the walk through to get to our apartment with well tendered gardens and fruit trees. It was very pretty and smelt lovely walking through. When we first arrived we were a bit disappointed that 2 people had to sleep in the kitchen area on sofa beds, but to be fair, we've had accommodation like this before and soon got use to it and they were comfortable and clean. The bed linen and towels were lovely and clean and changed regularly.

Location was good. pool area ok, food was ok if sometimes a little cold, restaurant always busy, very photogenic need to book, even residents. Limited menu compared to others in area .

Rooms very basic, air conditioning can only work in the bedroom where it is sited, the rest of the accommodation became very hot. Very basic utensils in kitchen and you would have to bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid and dish cloths. Bathroom very cramped and very tight. The shower curtain you will not use because the curtain will stick to you as the shower area is very small. Having said that this is our second time to this hotel (we came in August last year) and the good far outshines the niggly negatives.

Great location, lovely setting and very well kept gardens. Place spotlessly clean, staff unbelievably friendly, polite and courteous. Pool area great, very clean and great music (not too loud and not the boom boom type of music) . Bar prices are excellent and the bar food was great as well. Food in the restaurant has got to be the best in Stalida, amazing, and they are big portions as well!!

The Restaurant is very good and attached to the apartment. The apartment was on the ground floor which was good for my husband as he finds stairs difficult. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The owner is lovely, speaks very good English and is very accommodating.

Lack of staff, always waiting at pool bar/reception and restaurant. Nikos tried his best but it’s too much work for one person! And he continuously shouted out people’s names at the top of his voice either startling us or ruining our relaxation - very annoying! The waiter with glasses who we mainly saw at breakfast was unfriendly and rude and went out of his way to be unhelpful. The pool bar needs updating, dingy and uninviting, all food comes with chips not everyone wants this! As for the rooms, shower very small, difficult to manoeuvre without getting water anywhere! Beds very hard and uncomfortable- sheets not changed the whole week! Room, balcony and bathroom never cleaned, stains on balcony table and kitchen side not wiped, floor not sweeper or washed - the only thing the cleaner done was to change towels (not when we wanted!) we had to ask a few times and empty bins!! Nothing else, felt disgustingly dirty, I dropped something between the beds and omg there was years of dust and fluff and dirt - totally unacceptable. No room to leave our luggage secure before leaving. We was unable to get dinner at the restaurant whilst waiting for our transfer at 5pm - stated they were closed til 7-7.15!!! Pool area not cleaned properly and Sun beds very dirty!

Location is at the right place in Malia, 2 minutes walk from everything. The value for money is great considering the pool availability and nice restaurant out front.

This place is awesome. Perfect location - 150m to beach, appartments are clean, very kind staff and best is food in restaurant. Whenever come back to Crete i will go here. Thanks for pleassure staying!

The room is very outdated and does not look at all like pictures. When asked if I could get room which looks like in the pictures manager said that only some rooms are renovated and majority is not. The shower was very small, to be honest the smallest one I've seen in my life. The toilet was not actually cleaned and had stains. The window was broken and could not be actually locked. The room was full of mosquitos and I could not even get some rest of constant biting from them. There were also some leftover things from previous guests which raised my suspicion that it was not cleaned at all. Even though bedsheets were changed but it did not contain proper blanket. The restaurant was full of smokers and it was hard to relax and find a spot smell could not reach.
