Prvobitno smo bili u apartmanu u kom je sa plafona u kupatilu curila voda. To je bilo jako loše iskustvo. Međutim, presmješteni smo u drugi apartman, i on je bio okej. Ono što je bilo loše jeste higijena. Nisu mijenjani peškiri, posteljina i toalet papir. Apartman je poprilično mali, ali dovoljan za dvoje. Nismo očekivali ništa posebno za ovaj novac, pa se nismo ni razočarali. U suštini, okej za odmor od 10 dana.

Lokacija odlična, u samom centru. Blizu je bus stajalište, najpovoljniji marketi i kafići.

On arrival wasn't very clean.Long black hair in bathroom sink. Hairclips on floor.Cobwèbs. Only cleaned once in 14 days while we were there

As everyone else is saying the apartment is super dirty. Cups, plates and cuttlery were not clean. Same for the closet and everything else. Another negative point is communication. It was impossible to get in contact with them before arriving and to be sure that our reservation/check-in time was confirmed we had to ask to bookings customer service.

If you are considering to sleep here it means that you are not looking for a luxury hotel. The position is perfect. It is super close to all the shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Friendly staff

There was no reception, nobody answered the phone when i called, got no reply to a message I sent. I had to unblock the shower, the fire extinguisher had lost its pressure and is useless. The fridge doesn't close properly

Breakfast not included. If you’re looking for a cheap place near all shops, poolside and kassiopi harbour then this is for you. If you want something else then a bed to sleep at night then look somewhere else.

- really distgusting smell in the bathroom - the water smelled fishy - one morning there was no water at all - bed was too short - very loud environment in the night (main square of Kassiopi and other guests in the building) - kitchen and dishes seem to not have been cleaned for a long time (dirty and covered in grease) - there was not enough toilet paper (we had to use our own in the end) - window of the balcony is accessible from the hallway of the building and the main door of the building is always open (felt a bit unsafe to leave stuff on the balcony or open the balcony door at night) - communication with the owner: we sent her messages on booking and tried to contact her via telephone, but she never answered. On the day of our arrival, we had call her again under a different number and wait 30 minutes before she handed us the keys - there are electrical cords in the shower and open cords at the ceiling of the room

Had to wait hours for landlady to bring keys after getting locals to ring her twice as was answer machine first time! Dirty! No water at all on second day fir a wash/ shower or to flush toilet

Worst Hotel we have ever stayed in! The bathroom was completely mouldy and water dropped down from the ceiling. Everything was so smelly and disgusting. Shower had no warm water. Please DO NOT book that place, it is the most awful thing you can imagine.

i would recommend them to even have a default little response that they can send to booking owners contacting prior to arrival so it would be clear how one gets the key weeks before arriving. Will say again, that they were great when i got through to them via phone before arriving, but was difficult to get a response via booking.com environment weeks before

When i got through to the operator everything went very well and they were very supportive on getting the keys to me during off hours as my flight was delayed

Lights fused daily on dark marble stairs, noisey but expected....bins only emptied once in a week...said it should be twice...staff surly.....waited 4 hours to get in , when we arrived...language problem....no cutlery....poor crockery, as in one bowl...had to move one bedside cabinet to move a bed , so we could open balcony door ...no light on balcony...was told by maid to watch charging plug could catch on fire...!!!

The day we arrived we found the room unclean. The room was not ready with the excuse that they had not received my reservation from booking. The host was very rude with me, she barely speak english. The Airconditioner had a problem, and she told us that this was not her problem. It was very noisy, at night from drunken people and in the morning from the workers of the supermarket that is in the same building. I don't recommend it for those who want a quiet place and are with their family. Its not worth it.

I only liked the location, it was in the center and 10 minutes from the beach.

Horrible smell in the room and bathroom. The most disgusting experience ever. It was sleeping in a public toilet. When we complained, nothing happened. They even ignored our request for toilet paper. Don't spoil your vacation!

For us, bedsize was quite small

If you are young without childrens and you look just for place to sleep and and rest a little (just like we needed), then this is great for you. Accomodation is in great position in Kassiopi in the centre of village, however is it a bit far from Kerkyra and if you arrive in night you will have to take taxi, which is very expensive. In accomodation is small kitchen,fridge, and air conditioning. Cleaning-lady ussualy cleans every two days
