There was ugly construction materials below my room, so that kind of put a damper on the otherwise incredible view. Construction noise happening all around this time of year, but it was quiet by 3:00 pm and not too bad.

Views were Incredible. The room was rather small but very pretty and comfortable. Great bed! The hot tub never got hot even though I asked for it to be turned up, but it was pretty to look at. This seems to be a problem everywhere on Santorini this time of year. The weather turned very windy and cold and there was a problem with my heater but staff came to my room middle of the night to fix it. I think the place I stayed at before spoiled me because I liked that better, but these views could not be better. I liked that the staff was so available via What’s App. They were incredibly responsive all the time. (At the same time, I would have liked a little more face to face contact.) Excellent breakfast!!!

I loved everything!

Exceptional and kind service, beautiful rooms, and lovely views. The staff was extremely generous. My mother who is of elderly age had trouble climbing up and down the stairs. The room we rented was the most cost efficient one which had the pool and restrooms downstairs. The wonderful Women taking us to the room upgraded their room to the large suite at no additional costs. When I asked about the price difference, (it was obvious the room was more expensive) she kindly informed us that she just wanted her guests to be comfortable and she expressed she wanted my mom to wnjoy her time In Santorini. I was taken back at the entire staff generosity and appreciative. Any other hotel would immediately attempt to profit of the situation. It reinforced my view of how hospitable Greeks are in general. I recommend Sophia’s Luxury Suites to everyone!

Nothing. It is a bit difficult to access whoch we liked! We got our daily exercise but it would be tough for someone who has physical Challenges or is not in shape.

The breakfasts were AMAZING! we had to cut back on the ordering as there were such generous portions. It was fesh and warm and amazing! The people wjomworked at rhe hotel from the reception to the seivers to those that served the food went beyond expectation. They were informative, helpful kind and patient. It was the beat service we have ever experienced! All had an ingredible generosity of spirit, whether it was at our 1:00 AM arrival or 11:00 pm checkout! It was the real thing. We both feel we got to experience an authentic Santorini. It was a ten out of ten!!!!! We cant wait to come back😀

Nothing much! Only thing for others to note is that the outside area is shared with the suite next door. It can be kind of awkward when you are outside or in the hot tub because you are so close to the other people and it feels like you are on the same balcony as them. It was not a very big deal for us once we got past the awkwardness after a while, but it’s something to note for those who really want privacy on their balcony.

Hot tub was working great. The Helidonia suite is very well placed for Caldera and sunset views. The room was gorgeous. The hotel staff were very friendly as well. The room had Netflix too which was great.

We stayed in the ‘Efhari Suite’ and it was incredible. The views were just something else. It was perfect to have our own private balcony and plunge pool. The balcony even played a part in our beautiful engagement!! The staff were amazing, very attentive and couldn’t have been any more helpful.

The indoor pool is a confined space and didn't lead to outside view. Otherwise was great. Very pricy for what it is.

Great holiday location. Atmosphere was excellent. Much quieter compare to busy area such as Oia or Fira. View was excellent.

only downside would be the lack of information by staff,’such as housekeeping times. Also bathrobes and towels were old and not matching, asked for laundry prices and staff never got back to us with the price Spa and pool water were cold not heated to suit weather. Hair conditioner was not provided, delicious breakfast was a la carte and when ordered natural orange juice they agreed but sent bottled juice instead repeatedly for the 3 days.

Excellent and nice property exactly like in the pictures Great location, quiet and we got amazing sunset and caldera views We stayed in the honeymoon suite with cave pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was ala carte and nicely presented great choices. Staff was nice courteous and friendly.

My stay at Sophia Luxury Suites was phenomenal! They were super friendly and constantly asking if I needed anything. Always so helpful with everything and helped arranged a few things for us. I had the Aurora Suite and it was situated with an amazing view, more privacy and white tops on the side. A truly beautiful hotel in Imerovigli.

Fantastic location! The town of Imerovigli is much more peaceful than Fira or Oía with less crowds and Cruise Ship day-trippers. Stunning sunset views from our suite. We stayed in the Efhari Suite (is the most private of all the suites). Breakfast on our balcony everyday was special and delicious. Fantastic quality room service food with prices that were better than many of the surrounding restaurants. Reception staff were easily accessible and responsive via WhatsApp. This meant we could communicate with them, even if we weren’t in our room. Would recommend Sophia Suites!

I honestly don’t feel like there is anything to complain about at this hotel. But 1 comment I would make would be to that the hotel is so private which is so rare for Santorini but the shared balcony’s aren’t. It kind of defeats the object of being romantic as nice as it is to have neighbours I think it would be more appropriate to have a higher wall or something as it makes it abit awkward and not very special with your partner. I think that changing that would really take the hotel to the next level

I booked this property on the win.. I booked so close to when I was going that many properties were booked up! I took my boyfriend for a suprise and I once I had booked the hotel messaged me straight away for anything that I needed. They deal with everything though WhatsApp which was so handy for me! When I arrived I literally could not believe the view! Everything was expected , the staff were amazing , the food was amazing , the view was amazing! The staff & the view were the best thing about this property above everything else! They went above and beyond and were so lovely and helpful! 10/10 for service. The hotel was beyond clean Aswell it was completely spotless, I’m not sure some of the previous reviews can be true as me and my bf both said how well the maid cleaned each day! I really didn’t want to leave this hotel and I’m already hoping to come back soon ! This hotel is a hidden gem! And it should definitely be 5 star! Credit to its staff because they truely make it amazing and very special!

Amazing view, absolutely stunning sunsets from the balcony. Beautiful room with everything that you need. Great location, far enough away for peace and quiet but in walking distance to everywhere. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
