The food, specifically the food for kids was not good and lacked variety. The room I asked for was not available so I got a room that was not to my satisfaction, and the staff was unable or just didn’t feel like helping with it. The staff on a whole wasn’t very welcoming, from the kids club to the bars.

The pools and the shows were fun.

"We did not have small children, and everyone was accommodated in the Star City annexe. However, the problem with this arrangement was the accessibility issue. The annexe was located across a very fast road with no clear path, except for one under-road tunnel that was so narrow that you had to crawl through it." Another area was elderly assessability the site was great for kids but not for anyone with physical limitations. Lastly, in the main bar area, there are no toilets and limited toilets by the main restaurant, where you have shower rooms on the bar floor that could be repurposed.

There are plenty of activities for children in a welcoming family environment, and the staff is extremely friendly. Additionally, as a gluten-free family, we were pleased with the variety of options available, including bread, pasta, and pizza.

The room we were given was in the annex, which meant we had to cross 6 small roads and one main road, at a sort of multi junction. This we found hazardous in April and would not like to do it at the heart of the season. Also my husband cannot walk far so it would have been better to have had a choice of rooms, but there was nowhere to request this.

The facilities including multiple pools were great. The food was excellent and up to cruise ship standards. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the idea of being In the Annexthe building away from the hotel across a very busy road and the fire alarm went off at 0445 am nobody seem to know what was happening as we were not part of the hotel there were no staff on site

Mosquitos was so cruel to me and my kid that it looks as it was not checked in advance for the sort of their nest, and we have end up being badly beaten by mosquitos from the first day. I did not report from the 1st day as I have not realised how severe it could be. So, I would recommend for customers future experiences - just to report it asap to reception and do not delay desinfection!!! We are not smoker, so mosquitos felt comfy in our Suit with Sea view )) The staff in reception was trying to put that fault on us (me and my child) - So I did not give them 5-star review. Whatever happened , just answer, that you going to solve that issue immediately! Do not discuss! It's clearly need to be resolved asap. No comments! Nature is nature, but it health-related issues - skin allergy after mosquitos bites! Especially , for kids. No matter who has opened door, the matter is mosquitos nest in the room!

Like the room size, it was spacious, looks absolutely new and well-designed with picture and all facilities I would need. The balcony and sea view were bonuses. Fantastic view from the balcony and I got too many photos with sunrise

These are only small nitpicks. The road that runs between the resort can be a bit unsafe at times. Quad bikes regularly speed up and down here. Checking in can be slow, there are always large groups waiting to be taken to their rooms. The location of the resort isn't the best for excursions but that's no fault of the resort obviously. There is a bus stop seconds away that most excursions go from though. It would be nice to have a few more English speaking TV channels.

The resort itself has just about everything you could want. What else is there? The numerous water activities for all ages are well maintained. Kids will love the variety. The big water slides are endless fun even for adults. The snack bars are well placed. Some may want more options of food/drink from here but I was satisfied. The small beach areas deliver some beautiful visuals. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a beautiful of the sea. The WIFI always delivered a strong signal in all areas. There was always plenty of seating. All the staff worked at a fast pace and were polite and helpful if required. My biggest compliment goes to the food. There is an amazing variety. You'd have to be the pickiest eater in the world to not find something to enjoy. I loved the different themes each night. I'd like to shake the hand of the chefs that craft some of this delicious food. The desserts in particular would not be out of place in a Michelin star restaurant, they're that delicious and neatly put together. Even during hectic times in the restaurants the staff are extremely efficient at keeping things stocked and organised, they all deserve a raise. The local shop is a little overpriced but it has absolutely everything you need. The biggest compliment any resort can get is that you'll never feel like you need to leave to find what you want.

Just something to take into account, the water is cold everywhere, takes some getting used to, as well as the Greek employees attitude, you must ignore the rudeness and expect it so that it won’t ruin your vacation, it is their mentality.

A very large property with lots to do starting from babies and through older children. The room was very comfortable with a balcony which is a huge plus. Food was available everywhere and all the time so there was no need to worry.

Room - I ordered the “Superior family room” and was expecting something superior but the room was pretty standard and not as shown on the pictures on Booking (why didn’t they write that the pictures are for illustration purposes only? 🤔). There was a window inside the bath area that was visible to the neighbors balcony what leaded me to always check twice if the curtain is closed properly and in general I didn’t feel comfortable to shower. The room itself was separted to parents and kids room with a little hallway between them so basically it felt like a very small apartment and not a hotel room, especially not a superior one.

Facilities - the pools and the waterpark is amazing for kids and even for adults. We spent a lot of time at the pools and enjoyed every minute. Also, there are snack bars near the pools where we were able to get pizzas, noodles, salad, french fries, ice cream and beverages. Food - very fresh food with a big diversity, the meals were a bit different each day and it was nice. Area - there were stores, mini-market, car rent, carting, mini-golf, and more, near the hotel so we could enjoy from even more activities except those that were included at the hotel. Also, our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10pm, after the dinner was over, and there was a late arrivals dinner served. It was very nice and thought-full.

Checkout was very unpleasant, staff didn't have any patience. There was a 420EUR difference between booking charges and actual, we received a massege about it a few days before arrival, after already paying more than 3000EUR with no cancelation option.

What I didn't like the most was the road going through the middle of the resort (although not very busy) and that there were other properties (by that road) not belonging to the hotel, never experienced such a weird setup 🤔 also only about half of the restaurants near the beach were all inclusive...

We've had a nice room - stone throw from the pool, yet round the quiet corner 👌 also the food for late arrivals was a nice touch 👍the night entertainment was mostly very good. The food was amazing 👌 staff was very nice and helpful. There are plenty of extra activities you can pay for to choose from. The waterpark isn't very big, though the slides are nice... and the kids were very happy with the slides and their pools also.

Some rooms are facing a go karting track, and our friends who stayed in the same hotel complained that it can get quite noisy. Our room was in a different part of the hotel though, so we did not have this issue.

This was our first time with an all inclusive package, it really helps to relax and enjoy the vacation instead of having to think about where to eat. This is especially great for travelling with toddlers. Also, the water parks are just amazing, and suitable for kids of all ages.

I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the food, especially vegetarian 'entree' options at the buffets It would be good to have additional, quality non-alcoholic drink options at the snack bars beyond cola/fanta/sprite

My children, ages 10 and 12, enjoyed the water slides very much -- it was a highlight for them (and one of the primary reasons that I chose to stay in this property)
