Room was upgraded and was very big. The staff was helpful and accomodated all of our requests. Room was cleaned every day. But the biggest bonus for this hotel is their pools. There were plentiful of water activites for any age (our kid loved it and we found fun water slides for ourselves too).

Great place for a vacation with children. There is everything you need and even more. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, great choice of food. And of course the water park and the sea. We will definitely come back again.

The skinny receptionist with the mustache was very very rude — our room wasn’t cleaned after requesting it and we were left without towels to shower, asked at the reception to get some towels he refused to give us two towels, very arrogant and rude receptionist.

The place is not a resort it is the worst place we have stayed in the last 8 years at least, its like accumodation in a neighborhood its full of outside people that are using the facilities for money so for us its was like a rip off. The only adult pool is NOT included you have to pay to go in. the food was horrible the room smelled like sewers the bar is located in a very far place so you need to walk 5 min each way to get a drink ( we had all included package) i do not recomend this place at all .

It is definitely not the family place. there's a lot of noises and music coming from the Star Beach Promenade which means that between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. there are tremendously loud music all over the place which means you can't go to sleep you can't rest we haven't rested for all the week. plus there's eventually no air conditioning in the room. we've never seen a hotel maid clean our room. the food was boring and repetitive but was over all good

Too large and too many places which were not interconnected Busy and noisy especially during the afternoon where for some reason there was very loud music being played which was completely inappropriate

The buildings could use renovation. Kids club hours and activities are limited so if kids would like to pass a day away from pools and swimming there is not much to do! I would say however that the worst/scariest part for us, having young children, was the absence of lifeguards in the pools. Neither the water slide ones nor the normal hotel swimming pool! With so many children of different ages and so many slides there should be at least one lifeguard in every pool!

Swimming pools and beach are at close proximity. Lots of options for dinner! Rich breakfast. Lots of different water slide pools for children! Most of the personnel were really helpful and cheerful! We were given a room far away from the party pools so it was quiet and peaceful!

Very noisy parties (real professional DJ raves) at late night close to the room. Impossible to sleep and to have some rest. Next day, when we complained about it to the receptionist he simply didn’t care.

It was way over priced. Too loud. Too many people. My children couldn't even get into the pool. The Lines for slides were too long.. There was an entire section for over 18 year olds labeled VIP which was very inappropriate for children. This was NOT a place for children. The food was terrible. So I spent $500 for what? To sleep in a bed.

The bathroom was infested with water flies and my children could not use the bathtub due to these insects. When l asked to change the room or to clean the bathroom l have been told this is a village and is normal to have flies in the bathroom. The ladies from the reception were quite impolite with us.

The room was noisy, with cart race track and lobby bar nearby. Ants in the room finding every bit of food in the backpack. We were there in the last week of the season and - contrary to what had been confirmed by email - several activities disappeared over the course of the week (even two billard tables were rolled out) and the food selection was reduced (even though still plentiful). They could have waited just two more days to carry away the beach equipment.

Beautiful beach and great landscape, plenty of great waterslides. It was a bit cold in early November, but the sea was still good to swim in. The food was great and varied, staff was very nice. There were plenty of things to discover (a museum nearby, cart racing, modern minigolf, the mountains,...). Bed was comfortable.

Low quality of food and low quality of drinks. The music was extremely loud in the adults area. You could barely hear each other. So boring during nights. The staff in the kids club was arrogant. No greek uzo was served in the restaurants. No greek music, no greek culture anywhere. We noticed that we had travelled to Greece when we went to the city center.
