The food was good and fresh, but a bit repetitive.

The rooms were great, the amount of activities was impressive, including the water park, kids pool, play areas, the staff was wonderful and thoughtful 🙏🏼 Our early morning flight was delayed to the afternoon. We got back to the hotel with our kids and the staff suggested us the get the room back until we need to leave with no extra charge and a big smile, did their best to assist. It was heartwarming.

the cleanliness of the room. We got a room with a partition as we requested, only that the room was very dark but that is acceptable. We moved the beds to put them together and there was a lot of dirt and dust under the beds. The cleaner would come to tidy up the room and didn't really do anything except throw the blankets on the bed without tidying them up nicely, but it's not bad... what really bothered us was the cleaning lady did not understand a single word of English and it was impossible to talk to her. even telling her "a few more minutes" she didn't understand ..she opened the room several times when we were in the bathroom and it was impossible to explain to her to come later, She would have conversations with me when I'm sitting on the toilet and try to ask her out and she doesn't understand anything and stays in the room. There was no note in the room indicating that the room did not need service, but there were red and blue buttons that I thought might be used to show the staff that they were not allowed to enter. But it didn't help. She entered the room. On our first night a man came into the room to offer a bottle of wine, he just came in and I wasn't dressed, he stood at the door and waited for me to come out and reply to him that I'm pregnant and don't drink alcohol! It was very unpleasant and it felt like there was no privacy in the room because at any moment someone from the staff might enter. Other than that, I was a bit disappointed that there is no heated or indoor pool, the water in the pools was freezing and we didn't go in during our stay. Other than that the staff everywhere else was wonderful!

The food is amazing, all meals are excellent. The facilities are amazing! Exceptional service. The activities for children are great. excellent shows. When we had to purchase medicine, they brought it to the hotel reception. Everything we needed was taken care of with a smile. The nurse is amazing and gave a pleasant and personal treatment... and in general the whole place is full of a pleasant family atmosphere. We enjoyed it very much!

We had a wonderful vacation The best thing was the amazing water park. We really loved the tasty ongoing snacks and food, and off curse the ice cream during the day. We got the renovated rooms, that was nice. The entertainment and evening shows were amazing. The food was good and fresh. We will come back!!!

Only one small thing, we had to find our way around the complex generally ; also, we expected a Meet and Greet in the Restaurants saying "welcome" is it your first time ? etc. and to be shown around the grill, desserts, pizza oven, and the staff should have explained that we did not have to book breakfast and lunch in the speciality restaurant and we would have appreciated someone showing us the all day buffet area.

Value for money, friendly staff, very good entertainment, we will book again for longer this time.

In general, there should be some way of ensuring the standard procedures are kept such as including drinks in the room, reception info at arrival (they have two other hotels in the same chain and you should be informed to not use their facilities), etc. Besides that, cleaning can be improved a little as some days were good and some others not really. And the spa prices (?) which are completely unreasonable for the level of their services and, the indoor pool shouldn't be something to charge extra but rather using a scheduling system. I paid 120 euros and the lady didn't even give me a full body massage but spent most of the time on a body scrub. Another tip is to offer toddler activities/babysitting services during day time as this is also offered in a very limited way.

Stella Village is a nice place for families with kids. We enjoyed everything from the Aquapark to every evening entertainment. The food is above average and the staff (customer relations and reception) is always checking if everything is as expected and when we encountered issues, they did everything to fix it quickly. My daughter got hurt at the waterpark. A quick visit to the resort`s medical office revealed that she had to have stiches.Despite this the staff went out of their way to make sure that she quickly saw a doctor who was located about a kilometer or so away from the hotel. They continued to check on her for the rest of our stay and even arranged a checkup within their medical office. Though it was a bad experience, the care and attention of the staff could truly alleviated our stress. As a result we all continued to enjoy the hotel/resort and had a lovely holiday. The drinks at the Mediterra were not the best. Most were just flat! Enjoyed though the cocktails at the Philema Bar

Food is very simple and was just ok. Maybe it's good, because I didn't want to eat too much because of that.

Many activities for adults and children. I really liked football and sport group trainings, which are included and available multiple time a day. Standard room was big enough and very comfortable. We took 2 standard in stead of 1 family, which cost around the same and enjoyed more privacy from the kids when needed. Really liked strawberries every day in the menu.

This hotel is located in a nice place, next to the sea, wonderful and unforgettable slides, great view of the sea, very tasty food, nice swimming pools, clean. The staff were very helpful, nice and smiling, at the end of the stay - there was a gift in the form of a bottle of olive oil, this happened to us for the first time - we travel a lot - this was a big plus. All the staff were nice. A very, very good four-star hotel - almost five-star hotel - I recommend it.

The beach and nearby options are not that good but there's plenty to be done inside the resort.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.The staff was welcoming, helpful and always attentive. The food was also good. My son enjoyed a lot the Aquapark.

The only complaint would be the smell of the drains (Nothing new for Greece).

Very friendly and accommodating staff considering the size of the complex, they made you feel at home.. The high quality and standard of the rooms, the family room had an interlocking sliding door with shower and toilet on each side.. The food was excellent throughout the day, drink and food on tap, very good value for money, could not fault for the price we paid.. Cleaning was regular if wanted, even the public facilities were clean.. The Water Park and pools were clean and well equipped for our teenagers, plus adult only swimming areas.. Hundreds of sun beds throughout the park and clean towels provided onsite daily for the pools..

Nothing we didn’t like.

Probably the best family resort we have ever been to. FAMILY ROOM: A lot of space, good position, very quiet. Free minibar with water and juices. Very very clean at all times. We needed a kettle for the baby’s bottles, we got it right away. THE BEACH: So small, intimate, quiet, perfect for kids. Fine sand, no rocks, no waves. Water so clear, perfect for snorkelling. FOOD: Very good food in the main restaurant. A lot of dishes. Pizza every night. But the thing that I loved the most: the baby corner. Soups, vegetables, pasta, boiled, without salt. Saved me a lot of trouble with my 8 months old :) Excellent food in the Mediterraneo restaurant - especially the deserts. We even got a complimentary dinner at the Palace - where the food was really amazing. DRINKS: Decent and tasty. POOLS: Freezing in October. But a lot of options, especially for kids. THE KIDS CLUB: My older daughter loved it. ENTERTAINMENT: Very good. Kids loved the mini disco and the night shows - entertaining for all ages. WATERPARK: Heaven! I don’t know who loved it most - my husband or my daughter. Always sunbeds available. Good burgers and very good ice cream. STAFF: Well, this made a huge difference for us. Impressed with all the lovely people who work at Stella Village. Very understanding, very willful to help at any time. They always made sure we have everything we need. The Guest Relations Office even called to make sure our stay was comfortable. CAR RENTAL: Just outside the hotel, full insurance, no extra fees. Rented a car for 2 days and enjoyed the beauties of Crete. Thanks to everybody at Stella Village for a wonderful week! And for understanding our situation - we had to come a day later. We will be back next year!

There are three things to note: 1. As per value for money, the food in the all inclusive was not great. Breakfast and lunch were good, but the dinner was downright restricted with very few options. For the same price per person we've enjoyed better food selection and taste in other hotels on Crete. 2. The main focus of this hotel is families with children. There are water parks, lots and lots of activities for children, but as a young couple we didn't use a lot of the amenities that were offered. 3. The airplane noise was louder, than we expected. Especially early morning and late evening flights.

1. There's a huge, very green and well-groomed territory, we've enjoyed walking around the hotel after dinner. 2. The room was very spacious and comfortable. While we didn't have a kettle in the room, we were brought one upon request. 3. The hotel beach is quite nice, as it's protected from the wind and the waves. It's not huge or picturesque, but it does its job just fine.
