Everything was great especially the owner, Saki! Saki is amazing, soo nice, funny and helpfull!! If you need something, just ask and Saki will help. It doesn’t matter if it is about travel plans or in the house, garden, beach. Saki helps!! One of the reasons to stay at this amazing place! Nice studio with everything you need. Very nice garden, beautiful beach with sun beds and umbrellas for free. We stayed three nights and will come back for three more nights 😃

Everything is great, accommodation was perfect and clean with just few steps to the beach, free umbrellas and sunbeds, yard especially great for small children, parking inside yard with great shade, and especially satisfied with the owner he is there for everything you need and very kind person, we will come again!!!

The room is not very large, a little bit old, but it worked. The bathroom is also tiny, but functional, no problem with water, etc. We had to flush the toilet at least 3 times to get a clean result... :)

Our host was very nice, we had a nice chat and we got a really warm welcome. We stayed just to nights, but we liked the terrace, the view, the location and the big fridge.

Comfortable accommodation, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I would especially emphasize the arrangement of the garden and the beach, the location, the availability of beach furniture without compensation. I would like to thank the owner of the facility, Mr. Sakis, for the service he provided, rescheduling our appointment and allowing us to use our annual vacation to the full. He is at the service of all guests and makes an impeccable effort to make everyone satisfied.

The bathroom and the furniture in the room are dated, but I guess that comes with such relatively low price of rent.

We chose to stay here mostly because of the green garden which is beautiful in reality, not only on photos. Most other places in Toroni we checked don’t have grass and trees in the garden. The beach is right across the road, very convenient with a small child. The owner of the apartment is great, always there, taking care of the property and the area between the apartments and the beach. We noticed that other beaches in Toroni are not this tidy - grass between the property and the beach was cut and watered regularly.

Truly, there is nothing to dislike.

Enough comfort with a wonderful sea and beach just across from the studios. Quiet, with parking, extensive garden. Trucks offering fish and fruits actually come to you, in the establishment. The host, Sakis, is hard working, but always available for you, helpful, kind. The establishment truly deserves more than the awarded one star. It offers own free sunbeds for the beach.

The studio needs a little bit renovation, the toalet/bathroom very small and old, internet very poor.

The studios are very convenient for a family vacation - nice lawn for children to play, right across from the beach, playground some 500 m away, restaurants nearby. Also the host was really kind and helpful.

We had a great short stay at Studios Lainis and enjoyed it a lot. The facilities and studio were good with a great green garden surrounding them. It is just a couple of minutes walking from the beach and basically you need to just cross the street. Statis, the owner, was also great, very smily and welcoming, and spent time with us to explain about the area and interesting places to see around. We would love to come back for a longer stay next time.

Unfortunately, we could not stay for a longer period and only stayed for five days.

Close to the sea. Free sunbeds and umbrella. Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary facilities if you want to prepare meals yourself. Two bathrooms. Nice yard for children. It is very comfortable for families with two children or two couples. Free and safe parking. The owner is very kind and pleasant, always available for any help you need. We would definitely like to come back again.

Excellent acomodation, very kind owners, clean rooms,big yard with great garden and barbeque set , sunbeds for free on the beautiful beach - 1 min from rhe house🙂 What else you need? I recomend this acomodation . We will come again definitelly😀 Than you Sakis for the great hospitality😀
