The hotel was adorable, with unique features and the most amazing breakfast every morning. The staff were all kind and helpful and the room was clean and charming. The location was an easy walk to the main sites in Athens, and easily accessible by metro.

A charming boutique hotel, very centrally placed in a quiet street. The room, although not large, was big enough and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent. All fo the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The view to the Acropolis is pretty minimal in the Acropolis view room (photos are accurate) so I'd just recommend staying in a regular room and viewing the Acropolis from outside. But nothing wrong with the rooms at all! Very comfortable beds and the AC was much appreciated.

Such a great location to stay in Athens. Walking distance to the cute Plaka neighborhood streets, the Acropolis, and the meeting spots for most tours. We stayed one night in the Acropolis view room and one night in a regular double room. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was even better than expected: yogurt, eggs, fruit, juice, french toast, etc.

The view from the balcony wasn’t great.

Very nice decor, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location- easy walk to the Acropolis, National Garden, and Plaka, Monastiraki, and Psyri neighborhoods. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

I absolutely adored staying at Sweet Home Hotel. This was a solo leisure trip I tacked onto a work trip and the staff was outstanding at making me feel incredibly comfortable and making a stay easy and relaxing while being on my own exploring Greece for the first time. The staff was super helpful with advice/recommendations and interested to hear about my experiences as well (it’s clear they are interested in keeping their information up to date for future guest!). The room was spacious, had great A/C, and the bathroom had beautiful state of art fixtures with a high pressure rain shower head (a nice surprise for a downtown major city hotel). My bedroom window had an unexpected, fantastic view of the Parthenon - which was gorgeous to look at lit up at night. The location is city center and I could walk to every landmark / site on my list. The bed was comfy and I slept great. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fresh, plentiful, and delicious with broad hours - accommodating an early morning or a sleep in. If I return to Athens - I would want to stay here again!

Everything. Staff were lovely, hotel is in the heart of Athens, it’s comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff remembered my Greek coffee without me needing to ask for it. It was my third stay at the hotel during my holiday. Will definitely come back.
