The hotel was clean, with modern decor. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and really helpful. The hotel is in a great location, a 15 min walk to Rethynmo old town, opposite the beach and with plenty of bars and restaurants within steps of the entrance. There was lots of parking around, although it was a bit of a fight to find a spot sometimes. Overall a great hotel, would recommend

Great hotel in front of the beach.Perfect position to walk to the old center of Rethymno. All the staff was exceptional from the reception to the restaurant, very professional and kind always with a smile. The food very good and the room with the sea view was lovely. We had a great time.Thank you

All would be well, but the balcony windows have very poor sound proof, you can hear the cars during the night.

The Staff and management are very caring and great people. This Hotel has a gym and a sauna free of charge. They also provide a discount at their restaurant for the hotel customers. Furthermore the location is superb it's just on the beach.

Because of bad balcony elsewhere, I booked a room with a view for one night. They gave me a 2 bedroom topfloor suite, with 2 bathrooms including a hot tub. More than expected, and spetacular view from both windows and balcony. Efharisto team Swell!

the gym facility is not at all what the pictures showed and that was a main reason I booked this location…I had images of a real high end hotel and it was lovely but not what the pictures showed.

Our stay at the hotel was only for a day but the room was lovely with a magnificent view to the sea. The hotel’s location is excellent. You can find many options of restaurants and entertainment literally next to you. A beautiful beach is in front of you and you can enjoy a walk next to the sea. The room was clean with all the necessary amenities and the personnel very polite and accommodating.

We got a free upgrade to a suite from a deluxe room and it was amazing: the amount of space oferred at no extra cost, the sea views every night and every moment of the day, having all the amenities. - Also, great food for breakfast as well as for dinner at night, so well coocked and nicely served to us. drinks were not included, but it was worth it.

frontline beach Rethymno perfectly located and possibility of parking space close to the hotel. Beautiful walk to Rethymno old port and city. Arrange timely reservation with sea view to make your stay perfect..

Really lovely hotel in an excellent location. We had room 14 with the pool. Breakfast was very good with fresh cooked omlettes and good selection of fruit, cheese, meat and pastries. Nice stroll into town.

We liked everything, the only thing that needs improvement is the gym, we didn't use it because the equipment is very old.

We loved everything, the staff was great! Lina was amazing! Helped us with everything and was super nice! She received us really well! She is the heart of the hotel 🙂 The room we got was excellent! We will come back again

after the Swell hotel, we came to a 5-star hotel, I don't understand why they don't deserve this rank. I love them and I already regret not staying with them for the 2nd week. Family atmosphere, everyone is helpful the food and the location are second to none. Thanks for everything guys. Csilla/Péter

My toddler is a very early morning person so for us the breakfast starting at 8.00 was way too late. I would have appreciated softer pillows :)

Location close to the old town and in front of the beach. Very good breakfast, with large variety and local cuisine. Nice staff at the reception and restaurant, they helped us with the transfer to the airport and got a very good service.
