The bar service one evening was very slow and our second round of drinks never arrived.

We had bed and breakfast. The choice at breakfast was wide, everything from traditional cooked to traditional Greek and lots of choice if pastries and treats as well.

There should be a Smoking Section at one end the pool because we could not sit by the main pool for all the smokers!!

We loved the location so close to wonderful restaurants along the harbour … lovely pools but within two short blocks to also swim in the sea. Breakfast had a huge selection of food options.

Amazing from start to finish. We've had the most relaxing week ever and felt truly looked after and cared for by all of the wonderful staff at Theartemis. Facilities were excellent, everything was comfortable, super close to the beach, supermarket and amazing restaurant Nostos. Already looking forward to our future visits here. Don't hesitate in booking - you won't regret it!

We were quite surprised that our room was in another building. There’s no information about that. No possible to get sun bed near to the pool, unless you’ll put the towels around 7a.m. There’s no parking place.

Location! Very near to the sea and restaurants . Everything is clean. Restourant staff are really nice!

We had street side room and it was rather loudly because of busy traffic.

King size bed and breakfast as well as dinner was excellent. There was evening program with performances almost every day.

The main pool was too busy, guests occupying chairs with towels in advance, using chairs all day even if not being at the pool. The resort should start a policy, saying if not at the pool, you lose your chair. This would make the resort perfect.

Lots and variety of top quality food. There were quiet hours after 11 pm, the great music and dance performances end promptly. The room was great. The housekeeping staff (Demetra) was amazing. The guest relations manager (Eleni) was amazing. The chief restaurant service lady was amazing, and her staff was very polite and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond for us.

Everything was perfect. Maybe the size of staff at breakfast and dinner could be a bit larger as sometimes it took a bit much time to order drinks at dinner (drinks at breakfast were free of charge).

The hotel was exceptional. It should be 5 stars instead of 4 as we after visited 5 star hotel in Heraklion and Theartemis Palace was much better. Staff was great. They even called to my room via phone and asked about my stay and do I need something, that hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

You can hear anything through the walls and from outside. they called in the room at 11 pm and my son (2 y.o) was scared afterwards and fell asleep very late. called to tell us the sea will be too bad the next morning and our day trip with the pirate ship is cancelled. I understand why they did it but the hour was too late and also they had our mobile phones. This could be addressed for future but otherwise the hotel is great.

Everything was great! Location (near the port, in front of the bus station), cleanliness, pool, food, services, shows every night.

A small tip for the waiters when serving meals: there are some guests that do understand the local language 😊.

Fantastic Hotel just a few minutes on foot from Rethymno beach. Facilities are really exceptional and we were impressed by the cleanliness of our room. There was a special entertainment event every night. We enjoyed a lot the traditional cretan dances night. Will be for sure our first choice when visiting Rethymno again.

pool beds were reserved early morning with people placing towels on them, but half of the beds were unoccupied for hours. We could never get a pool bed after our breakfast (10am). The hotel should find a system for this not to happen.

Amazing hotel with great staff, super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, clean, pool area very nice, very good breakfast, rooms were ok, new renovated bathroom, room itself ok. Great value for money that's for sure!

The food was not always very special at breakfast and dinner, it was sometimes a bit boring and not really tasty. The pool is not too fun after a few days. It can get really boring as it doesn’t have any features.

The hotel had a great atmosphere, was clean, well-kept and comfortable. The staff was extraordinarily polite and courteous.

The hotel had a policy that does not allow to reserve beds at the pool with putting a towel on it, however this policy was not managed well. When you would like to have a sunbed at the main pool you would need to put your towel on it before 7:30 in the morning.

After 7pm you cannot use the pool. In Greece it should be possible to use it at least until 8pm during summer time. I had dinner included but drinks were not.

Comfortable room and hotel. Really nice pool and bar facility. Good food for breakfast and dinner. Close to the center and beach. Nice staff! Easy to park in the surroundings. Live music in the evening.
