We asked for a move from our allocated room as it was too hot and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning the reason we chose this hotel was because it had air conditioning. Also the noise from the street was deafening. We eventually got a move to a quieter, cooler room. We decided to stay on for a few days extra and changed rooms again this time to a junior suite. The jacuzzi bath was missing the plug, the shower wasn’t working properly we had to prop the faucet underneath with a toothbrush in order to get the water to go to the shower and not into the bath. The complimentary toothbrushes - one had already been taken from its wrapper, used and put back in the box! The day we were leaving we waited 15 minutes to get the lift in the end my husband had to walk down seven flights of stairs with a suitcase and bag to get to reception, there were a number of people staying who appeared to be using the lifts for fun going up and down. Not good enough.

The breakfast was very good fantastic selection and the staff working there were so helpful and accommodating. The view from our room(s). The hotel was convenient enough to the city ten/twelve minutes walking to the centre.

The noise from the main road. The parkng is 10 min walk, almost not possible to find another option. We stayed over only for 1 night - but paying 14 euro every day for those who stay longer - an expesive option AFAIK

The noise at night can be heard from the outside quite a lot even tho we stayed in the top floor.

The location was great if you come to thessaloniki by train, to the center it is 20min walk. Love the breakfast very nutritial and everything you would really need and want. The room was spacious and the shower had really good pressure. Everyday you get everything new in the room from towels to coffe.

The doors and walls were too thin. You could clearly hear the other guests talking in the hall and making a lot of noise very early in the morning.

Nice location, 15 min walking distance from the White Tower. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the surroundings. Big balcony overlooking the sea and a big bathroom with a natural light.

The water pressure for bathing is a bit lower, and the temperature fluctuates while you're taking a shower. There are not enough hooks to hang things in the bathroom.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Additionally, the location was great - within walking distance of all the major landmarks in the city.

We received a complementary room upgrade upon arrival which was really nice. Staff was very friendly, facilities were great, the room was big and clean. Only downsize is that sometimes parking can be challenging. Center, Aristotle Sq, Ladadika, Tsimiski were very close on foot. Highly recommended - would stay again there.

Nice, sunny, clean, and enough big room. The location is not in the heart of Thessaloniki, but in the very center and just a 10-minute walk to Aristo Square or several minutes walk to shopping and nightlife streets. Breakfast is nice and quite sufficient for a city hotel

Entrance to hotel was not clean. Sand and mud were everywhere. It seems that only rain wash the streets. Also, they do not have a parking. Basically, they have 4-5 places for the all hotel, but it is always full. We got advice to visit local garage 300m away and price per overnight parking is 10 EUR for the hotel guests. In reality it was 15 EUR.

Internet was good. Toalet very clean. Huge of choices during the breakfast. Location is pretty good.

This was a third time we stayed in this hotel, and always in the summer. Breakfast was very good. The air-cond. in the room was very good, since the outside temp. was around 35. Location of the hotel for us was ok, because we don't mind walking up the hill. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and we got a parking place in front of the hotel.
