The pools are on the cooler side (but the sea was warm and on warm days you might really appreciate the refreshment) and for our preferences we would have liked more shade options on the main two pools. There is an other smaller pool between two buildings though that has more shade & call buttons for service from the pool bar in the main area.

The property is very modern, new and quietly located, yet easy to reach the beach or restaurants in the area. There is also a car rental next door for trips around Crete if you want to do that. We were welcomed very warmly every day and any request we had or small issues we brought up were immediately solved. All staff really felt genuinely invested in making our stay special, comfortable and relaxing. We are already planning to go back. We had the fortune to stay in a Junior Suite with private Pool for the last night and I can highly recommend doing that!

A hotel of a very high standard, from the food to the smallest details, Antonis and George, the hotel employees, who made our stay an extraordinary experience awaited us at the reception, they took care of everything we wanted above and beyond throughout the entire stay! Excellent food, great cocktails, perfect massage, high level cleanliness and professional and dedicated service. A quiet place suitable for couples, 2 minutes from the sea.

It didn’t have private beach access

It was beautifully decorated and very clean. They treated us so well and actually upgraded our room to include one with a private pool. The staff were very kind and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was that worth a 5 star location.

Our towels were never changed even though we had been advised they would so every 2 days, cleaning could be better of the rooms, checkout could be better, this is where the service falls down, asked to pay straight away without being offered to review the extra charges and no real goodbye once taxi arrived and whilst they organise the transfer but not technically run it, it did leave a sour note - zero interaction or acknowledgment with driver and dropped us off in a random location and left without a word! Not the finish you want for a holiday!

Staff were very friendly and attentive most of the time, pool area is very nice, smaller than the photos suggest but amazingly could always get a sun lounger. The breakfast is by far the biggest seller, great choice of food and Maria is lovely!

The only "negative" is the beach as it is very rocky. But the sunbeds at the beach are great and only cost 10€ per day.

The staff is exeptional and tended to all our needs. Absolutely gorgeous hotel and the food is amazing! We hope to stay there again.
