It was a wonderful week. Beautiful sea view balcony. The people were very friendly, polite and helpful. The location was very convenient, relatively quiet but still walking distance from the center of Agios Nikolaos. Another big big plus was that they clean the room every day and change the towels and sheets every two days. It was always smelling fresh and welcoming.

Staff brilliant. Stavros was brilliant beyond words the hotel is small but in a prime position a few yards from a top beach and ten minute walk to town. The hotel is quiet and peaceful at night the room is cleaned everyday and sheets towels changed every other day. I would hope the hotel upgrades the TV s which are ancient (portables from old day) otherwise well priced clean comfortable. Stavros I will not forget he was top notch nothing is to much for this guy brilliant

Our eleven days in Victoria hotel were just like a fairytale! The hotel itself is typical Cretan style hotel, decorated and maintained in a traditional way, just what we want to experience during our travels - live and feel like locals. Impeccable cleanliness! The room was cleaned literally from the scratch every day, towels and sheets changed every 2nd day, sanitizers on every floor and everything, just everything about hygiene was on the highest possible level! Immaculate! The room was cosy, terrace and the view are worth every cent and much more than that, we've had beautiful mornings and evenings on the terrace, the views we'll never forget and the views that made every moment in the hotel room so special! And some complimentary candies and a bottle of wine as a surprise in the fridge, so caring! Having a parking spot in front of the hotel was something that's hard to find in Nikolaos, and a walking distance to the beautiful and always calm Amoudi beach are amazing advantages. What's the best part of this hotel and is impossible to pay with money, impossible to buy by no means is the kindness, cordiality, niceness and devotion to every single detail of our stay by Stavros and his family... this is something that's so hard to describe! His smile every time he sees us, his availability for any of the questions we've had, his openness and warmth, the love he has for his hotel and his job, the devotion to us tourists and a desire for every moment of ours to be perfect and nothing less than perfect is something we haven't seen anywhere, in any of the places we've been, and we've traveled a lot. Stavros is the most intense impression we bring from this holiday! :) THANK YOU! For every smile, for every suggestion, for every call you've made to help us, advice we've followed and had beautiful time in Crete, for every single drop of effort you did to make our holiday perfect!

Amazing location and beautiful view from the balcony. We had a lovely stay here and enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and staff very helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The room is located at the bottom of a pebbled road which made it impassable with my luggage waking from the bus station. A passerby stopped to give me a lift on my way there and I took a taxi to the bus station on the way back. Fine if you have a car but otherwise take a taxi to save you the trouble I had with my bags on the way there. I will say though it’s just the geography of Agios Nikolaos and not just the location of this place.

Exceptionally clean room. Located by a lovely beach which I loved in the mornings especially when it was quieter. Staff very helpful and kind. I mainly used this as a base to get to Spinalonga. There’s a good bus schedule to Elounda and Plaka if you don’t have a car. This place is a bargain given how clean and quiet it was.

Extra clean, spacious room with beautiful sea views. Air conditioner works great. A.C located away from the bed. Our room has a kettle and fridge, but no hair dryer. Below is a street without heavy traffic. Staying at Victoria hotel was wonderful! Ps You can watch the sunrise from your balcony.

Internet quality can be better

Location is great. Close to the Amoody beach and great beach bars. It is also close to the city center and the lake. Great hosts. Hotel is spotless clean

Unfortunately I didn’t have a sea facing room and the back of the hotel rooms have a terrace that looks onto a wall, and is too hot in the morning so the shutters are drawn which makes the room very dark and depressing to be in for very long. In the evening there’s mosquitoes so I never used the terrace. If you book here, make sure you book the sea view because that would be amazing.

The staff are wonderful and very kind. They clean everyday, and if you need anything they’re ready to help. The location is great, lots of nearby beaches and the lake around the corner.

The rooms behind are really not interesting. Noise from the outer air conditioning device, view on a big wall and another upon apartments. Armories too old with a bad smell. Old hotel, with an old equipment Agios Nikolaos down town not so beautiful as the reputation.

Wonderful view on the see from the front rooms. Direct access to the beach with a very clean water. Rooms very very clean. Good welcome. Front rooms are bigger than the rooms behind. No noise from the outer air conditioning device. Good position in Agios Nikolaos. Between the down town and the beach, no car needed

Super nice easy hotel where you can feel comfortable. The location is perfect because it close to beaches but not far from center. Also in quiet area. Comfortable bed clean shower perfect !!
