Everything was splendid. I would describe it by far our best vacation ever. This is definitely an accomodation suitable for families with kids. Their garden is just enormous, children can be left unattended, everything feels safe, they have a playground for kids, it was truly amazing. Our daughter was just one and a half when we booked this accomodation and we could still enjoy a few moments of peace while she was playing on her own or with our dog in the garden. Do I need to say they are also pet friendly and they have the most adorable mascot, a beagle called Iris? Just lovely!The garden leads directly into the beach, they have both stairs and a ramp for wheelchairs. You can also find sunbeds in the garden that you can take to the beach which is clean and cozy, not crowded at all.The host is the most gracious and cleaning is definitely 10/10. We had to fight the cleaning ladies so they would not clean and change all the sheets everyday.

The only thing is the bathroom is small, shower to be more precise, but it’s not that big of an issue.

The property was extraordinary, a picture couldn’t do it justice. Everything was great and the weather was beautiful, even though it was late September.  The apartment was very clean and cozy.  Cleaning ladies came by every day and changed the sheets every second or third day. The host was very pleasant, and gave us a bottle of wine which was great.  Even though the beaches are sandy and the location is great the backyard is so beautiful that you don’t want to leave it. This is the best holiday we had in a while, i would definitely recommend this place and we will certainly come back again.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay more!

The location was great. In the middle of a garden of olive trees, palm, orange trees, green grass everywhere. The whole place was wonderfull. 2 barbecue places with different tools and a sink. The beach nearby had fine sand and the entrance in the sea was long and only at the beginning a few rocks and then only sand

The only thing we missed is a dish drainer.

Everything was just amazing! The villa itself is perfectly located, just above the sea with a stunning view and cozy garden. The room is just what you need for your perfect stay. Our host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely go back next year and will highly recommend the place to our friends and family!

There are only two things you may not like. First you may not like the beach and second wifi signal is very weak in rooms.

The garden falls over into the beach like a magic labyrinth. Everything is so carefully arranged in the property with so much good taste and perfection. The bed was so relaxing and I slept like a child 🧒.

Only some tiny details: a toilet roll holder would have been handy, as would a couple more sockets in the room. The WiFi worked but was a bit unstable. A bakery close by would have made the place even more perfect.

We had a lovely time here. It is in an excellent location, right on a pleasant beach that is just a few steps down from the large, lovely hotel garden. The beach is largely sandy and parts of it are shallow and suitable for children. There are sunbeds and umbrellas that can be borrowed to take onto the beach or use in the garden. The owner was friendly and helpful (and his dog too). The room was quite small (for three people) but had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony had a lovely sea view and was shady in the morning. The room was very clean, cleaned daily and linens changed every second day. A little walk into the village (500+ metres) where there are several restaurants to choose from, our favourite was Mouragio.

Lovely garden, sea view. You can watch the most beautiful sunsets. From the garden, you go directly to a small beach, which unfortunately is not good. 5-7 minutes by car is the beach of Gerakini and Psakudia as well as other beaches around. It is close to restaurants. The hosts are very kind and helpful with information.

Poor wi-fi signal from the room. Too much noise, because of the families with kids. You can hear every door opening/closing from other rooms.

You can hear the sea from your bed, and the yard is so green. We went with our 3 year old daughter, the place is perfect for kids. Also, they have a really good wine.

Everything was great. We were welcomed with a homemade bottle of wine which was really really good. The place is peaceful, charming and the views are amazing. The constant keep of cleanliness by the cleaning service is what amazed us the most. They even washed our dishes couple of times.

Beautiful villa situated in well kept gardens overlooking the beachfront. The owner was very polite and helpful. The twin room studio was spacious comfortable and clean. There was a private balcony which overlooked the garden and excellent view to beach.

Loved everything! You expect something when seeing the photos, but my expectations were completely exceeded! The hosts were amazing, the stuff was very helpful, the apartment and the properties were ALWAYS clean. Also, there was a dog which is always a good sign!

The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain and hence the whole bathroom gets wet. This was a concern for us. Eventhough they clean it every late morning, it is a little annoying when you travel as a group, only the early bird gets a dry bathroom;). We gave this as a feedback at the reception, hope this is fixed in the future. Besides, nothing to complain, everything was great.

Location, room with the beach view, comfortable bed, nearby access to supermarkets and nce garden. They clean the rooms everyday and change the sheets every 3rd day, so cleanliness is great The property is right front of Gerakinis beach. It is a shallow, non-commercial and a calm beach. Staying here, we could easily commute to other villages and beaches. Highly recommended:)

It is an amazing location with an incredible garden which ends up with the sea side. It has a barbeque area and it is very versatile in terms of client needs in my opinion. The villa is very well adjusted for either families or small/large groups. Iris the owners dog was just adorable and made our experience even better.
