Only negative was the mattress was in hard side.

Dennis and Vicky are super friendly hosts, Dennis would often feed us tasty Greek dishes and offer us homemade wine! Our modern room was perfect and kept clean on a daily basis, we had a large patio and loved the laid back feel and quiet atmosphere only hearing the next doors chickens.

Sometimes you can smell the sewer from the bathroom, but I think that’s an overall problem here.

Location is perfect, very quiet and a few minutes walk away from the restaurants and shops. Room gets cleaned every day!

The only thing that was disappointing was the snack bar, you couldn't really call it a pool bar, there was no one there most of the time, and just a fridge with a few drinks in it , no food or anything 😕

We had the best stay in Denise studios with our one year old. The family is super friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. Everything is clean and well cared for. We loved the pool and it is near the Argassi restaurants and bars. Thank you very much for our stay!

Vaso and family were fabulous from the moment we got to Denise Studios. They were accommodating throughout our whole stay and the accommodation was perfect, immaculately clean and close to everything you would need. The pool area was a nice little sun trap and you could spend all day relaxing there. It wasn’t our first trip and it definitely won’t be our last!

Everything was perfect for us!

Big thanks to the owners of these apartments! Their hospitality, friendliness and sincerity exceeded all expectations. They not only helped us to rent a car, ordered a taxi from the airport, but even took us to a delicious dinner place on the first evening. The apartments place is very quiet, a lot of space around, a wonderful pool, which is not overcrowded. Very clean, comfortable and tidy bathroom. The rooms were cleaned every day! The towels and bed linen were changed every couple day. It's amazing attitude! The connection with the bustle of the town is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the center. There are many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The beach is also maybe a 5-minute walk, but the beach itself is narrow and it will not be very convenient for those who like to sunbathe. However, it is definitely worth taking a drive around the island and discovering other amazing places!

Our stay at Denise Studios and Apartments was truly fantastic. Hosts were super welcoming, friendly and attentive and gave us various recommendations on local restaurants. Location was fantastic, tucked away enough for it to be quiet but close enough to local shops, bars and restaurants.

Not a lot to complain about we got more than we planned.

The property is just off one of the main roads and less than a two minute walk to the centre of Argassi, just enough distance not to hear the town nightlife. it’s a quiet spot with excellent views of the hillside and from some of the balconies you can see Zante town and the harbour. The staff and owners were fantastic hosts and were really pleasant and friendly. Top notch for us and would recommend without doubt. We stayed late September in a studio which was very clean and tidy in Greek tradition. it could be a little busier in the peak times I imagine.

Denise stuido and apartments was lovely to stay at the staff were great very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned everyday lovely beds and air-conditioned location is great nice and peaceful I loved it here and will be coming back again .
