The location, it was spotless, view was beautiful, very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The owner was very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Can highly recommend

We’ve had the big apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and great terrace. Everything is done with good taste, nice materials ( wood, stones, raw material, not imitations). The bed are comfortables, the location is quiet, the view of the sea is wonderful. You have everything you need for self catering. The hospitality of the owner, Kim, exceeds expectation. Thanks for everything. PS: it is also a very safe accommodation, we’ve caught there the Daniel cyclone, and no damage whatsoever.

Kim was really nice and friendly. We were there during the Cyclone Daniel and she was helpfull all the way. We had water and electroicity all the time, she offered food as well! I would recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was spacious. The terrace areas had stunning views The location - less than five minutes from Achladies beach was amazing. Kim was very welcoming and helpful before and during our stay. She welcomed us with some water and wine. She helped us so much on our last day as we had a late flight and she was so accommodating and helpful.

Views were excellent from well furnished balcony. Kim had arranged taxi to meet us at the airport. Quality cooking facilities and plenty of crockery. Change of linen and towels 3 times in a week. Printed flight details for us at no cost.

The best vacation experience of my life!!!! Kim of ‘Villa Kim’ was the most gracious, kind, and hospitable host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She had plenty of recommendations for things to do on the island of Skiathos, and very quickly made us feel like a part of the family! Housekeeping was quick and efficient, beds were super comfortable, there is a well set up little kitchenette to make some meals for yourself, or take the 4 minute walk down to the beach and there is plenty of amazing food and drink options within minutes of the Villa. I am seriously going to come back to the island in a few years just to stay at this villa and see Kim again, it was genuinely that amazing of an experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. If you have any plans to stay in Skiathos, you MUST speak to Kim of ‘Villa Kim’ and make a reservation, I promise you it will be the best hotel/villa experience of your life! Wonderful large well-equipped studio with a beautiful sea view! Kim was really helpful, making sure we didn't need anything. She even very kindly offered to drop us to the supermarket and a monastery for our hike, buses were not running there anymore as the low season had started.

Villa Kim was just as described, it had a lovely view from our studio apartment. The apartment was just right for the two of us and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Our host, Kim, was very friendly and accommodating and was keen to ensure we had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor things that needed attending to while we were there but they were resolved immediately and without fuss.

As in many hotels throughout the world, you can’t charge any device while not in the room as the electricity is controlled by your room key

The view from the terrace is just breathtaking. It’s ideally located, 2km from town on one side, and the best beaches on the other. There’s a bus stop right in front and the owner can arrange a scooter. There’s also a beach at a 5mn walk down a (very steep!) path. The owner is really friendly and goes out of hos way to make you spend a nice stay! All in all I can’t recommend this place enough for your stay in Skiathos! I’ll definitely be back.

Villa Kim is great! The property has a fantastic view and rooms are cleaned daily. There is a wonderful beach very close by. We felt we had the hotel experience (regular cleaning) with the Airbnb charm (local tips, privacy). We stayed 5 nights and wished we had longer. Kim is really helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions. We loved Skiathos and Villa Kim was a great place to base ourselves during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and we hope to return!

There was not much to dislike about the Villa Kim. We stayed one week at the Villa but we should have booked another week. Walking down to the beach was for me no problem. I took my 2 years old daughter on my shoulders and my wife was walking with our 6 year old son. It seems it took us 2 min down and 5 minutes up. So it really isn't much but it is steep. It makes you fit 😊

+ The view from the terrace is really great. + the 2-bedroom appartment is spacious, the terrace which has 2 areas also offers lots of place. You will find all basics you need to cook yourself. And we had 2 bathrooms, which adds even more comfort. + the kindness of Kim who supported us during our stay + the first mini market is really closeby + the position of the air-condition is well thought through so you can keep fresh air without having cold air blown to your face.

If you not have a car, public transportation can be challenging and taxi drivers are a little bit trick.

I loved the view and how close it is to the beach. Andreas was so friendly and helpful, ordering food for us in the first night and helping us with every question we had.
