Characteristic, well kept house and nurtured garden. Everything is well thought through for the maximum guest comfort. Balcony with sea view, lovely cats, super hospitable hosts. Great restaurants and beaches in walking distance.

Everything you could possibly think of has been provided at Villa Petra. Extremely clean and spacious accommodation. The grounds were also very inviting to sit in the sun or under the shaded area. Parking was excellent with the gates being locked at midnight for security - felt very safe and totally at ease here. Really liked being able to self cater and enjoy eating and drinking in the grounds. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for providing us with a top class place to relax for a couple of days - lovely memories of Villa Petra.

Extremely, quiet, comfortable, spacious ground floor villa with separate bedroom and large lounge room. Lovely bed linens and towels. Nicely decorated with original paintings, artifacts and marble floors. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely welcome gifts. Friendly host who takes pride in her establishment. Easy parking.

Sound and smoke from the reception which is directly under the apartment.

Very spacious apartment furnished with dark solid wood furniture, with very well equipped kitchen and balcony on two sides of the building. The garden area too is lovely. Very kind owners who even brought us up umbrellas when it was raining. Only 50 meters to a taverna where you can still go into the kitchen to choose your meal.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Villa Petra was fabulous. Every detail was thought about from the homemade soaps to the homemade orange marmalade. The villa was exceptionally clean and immaculate. The setting was so peaceful with just a short walk to a taverna, the beach and another restaurant. Centrally located for exploring the Messinia. We felt thoroughly relaxed and rested and didn't want to leave. There is a beautiful communal outdoor garden with hammocks under the olive trees and an out door kitchen area. The Nassia and Nikos were lovely and so helpful. We were there when Her Majesty the Queen died and they kindly sent us up some homemade cake. Will definitely return and will highly recommend to friends and family.

The only dislike was the plastic curtain in the shower, but saying that it was immaculately clean. That is a real minor thing (one of those pet hates) We would definitely stay here again, and it would be our 1st choice next time we are in the area.

The owners could not have done more to make the stay enjoyable. Very helpful nice people. Very spacious accommodation.

Everything was exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice villa and garden. Apartment is big, very clean , with balcony around, well equipped with all you need. A sandy beach not far from the villa. We felt like home and even better. Definitely recommend !

That we had to leave

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the amazing beaches and villages in the area. However even if you wanted to stay close to the property there is a beach 5 mins away by foot and an amazing taverna with a wonderful view of the sea. Nassia and Nikos were the best hosts, you feel at home immediately. This is traditional greek hospitality at its finest. We had dinners and drinks together in the wonderful garden, we felt like family from the moment we arrived. This is something that you can not put into words. I am a yoga teacher and teach online, Nassia made space for me to teach my classes, so that I could continue to work during our stay. The apartment has everything you need to cook, its a home from home. The garden is the most beautiful space, very well kept with hammocks to relax in under the olive trees. The apartment its self has 5 star comfort, design and facilities. Nassia and Nikos providing the finishing touches to our stay, they are natural hosts.

Internet could be better in the rooms. Occasionally you can feel cigarette smoke from neighbor apartment.

A quiet and beautiful location which give you the opportunity to visit many places and beaches in Messinia. The room was very clean and cozy. Loved the place, the homemade orange flavoured marmalade and the soaps.

Only the bed room has the air conditioner. The main hall (where two other beds are located) does to have an air conditioning system.

We were a group of four. Our Villa in the second floor was very nice, with balcony with a sea view where we had our breakfast. There was a big garden with full equipped bbq, swing, etc. We had an amazing bbq there and enjoyed the evening in the garden. The hosts were very nice and helpful to visit around. The sand beach near the vila was also very good to go.

We had a very relaxed stay. The hosts are very gentle and really make you feel at home. The rooms are super clean and bath and kitchen are fully equipped. The home made cake, marmelade and olive soap are a plus too. 😀 We can defenetily reccomend!

I'm not accustomed to such intensive daily cleaning service. The rooms were impeccably clean and it was nice having garbage emptied etc, but felt almost invasive not just to have the beds made but all extra blankets and pillows we'd take from the cupboards returned to their plastic bags in the closet. Maybe a little less of a full reset with the cleaning service.

Only one of the two bedrooms had air conditioning. The sea view was to 90% obstructed by surrounding vegetation.
