So peaceful, clean and with everything we needed for a short stay. Owners dropped food to us and managed to get the perfect balance between being attentive but not intrusive.

Everything. Brand new. Tastefully designed with high attention to detail. Both bedrooms ensuite and beds are extremely comfortable. The family owners naturally know customer experience and genuinely want you to have a great vacation and go above and beyond without being overbearing - the fresh eggs and marmalade were a hit with our kids. Fantastic place for kids(4&7) - pool is perfect size to cool off and play games. Lovely village walking distance nearby with playgrounds, not over crowded beaches and lots of options for food. We will come back. We will recommend this place to our friends.

Hosts were fantastic! The villa was beautiful ! The location perfect ! I highly recommend staying here. The hosts brought us freshly prepared food as a gift throughout our stay. They offered us lifts to the beach and supermarket. The salt water pool was the perfect t temperature and size and the villa itself was beautifully designed and exceeded my expectations.

Nothing! There really wasn’t anything to not like.

The property was amazing! Very beautiful. Simple but tastefully done. It was in a great location, only 5 mins walk from the centre of town but still very peaceful with the added option of being able to use the next door hotel’s facilities. The wonderful hosts were extremely thoughtful and even brought us round some eggs from their chickens!

The only small negative was that when we were sat on our terrace anyone walking past on the path to the other villa could look straight in. Perhaps there could have been an extra privacy screen like there is next to the pool?

The property was really good quality and an easy walking distance to the centre of Palairos. The whole family enjoyed the pool, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat!

Very kind host, nice new villas , close to small marina and cozy restaurants. The villa was with a small pool Every the pool was cleaned. The beach at the left side of the villa 5 min with car was spectacular - mountains and sea. Nice for families with small children. Families in the villa are enough for preparing breakfast.Dimitris made for us nice surprises with domestic food. Will come back! Thank you!

Just needed another cupboard or shelf in the kitchen for food.

Great clean modern apartment, fabulous comfortable beds. Air-con worked really well. Plenty of towels including pool towels. Hotel next door was fab for food and drinks with a wonderful view. 10mins level walk to town except the last 100m which is very steep. Hosts were wonderful and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

maybe add a couple more chairs on the balcony to allow all 4 guests to sit and enjoy the views and sunsets. only one key was provided

very clean with comfortable beds. lovely views over the bay and mountains. private pool and spacious balcony allowing us to watch the beautiful sunsets. Very quiet location with no traffic or reveller noise but only 10 min walk into town. the owners were very friendly and greeted us with fresh fruit and water and even provided home made marmalade!

Not all villas have a pool as shown in Booking but there is no price difference. It's hard to order food from the recommended restaurants as nobody speaks English. We had to ask the host to order for us :-D.

It is brand new and modern furnished. There was a restaurant nearby from where we could order breakfast. The host was very supportive and helpted with ordering of food (very few people in the village speak English). Nearby is a long, shallow sandy beach with a large campsite at one end (a few minutes drive away), suitable for both water sports and families with small children.
