Quaint yet spacious. Loved the daily breakfast card and selection of food and beverages. Loved eating my breakfast brought to my door on my little balcony overlooking the port. Highly recommended! The owner was amazingly helpful and even gave myself and my luggage a lift to the next place I was heading.

Loved everything about this property

The property was beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. Breakfast delivered to room and room cleaned everyday, couldn’t fault anything. Had view over the harbour from the balcony and Giannis and family were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing people, hosting was really good and the property met our expectations. The breakfast was on time every day and prepared for every room separately. Under the room it was a mini market to get any supply you need for long stay if you want to cook or anything you need for a day trip.

Everything was perfect

We stayed 4 nights in Xenios Zeus Apartments, We had a beautifully renovated spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the harbour and a small. terrace overlooking a side street. The rooms were cleaned daily. The rate included a delicious breakfast incluing yogurt, fruits, bread rolls, Orange juice ,boiled eggs and cold cuts and was delivered to the room. The accommodation is located literally metres from the port and handy to everything. Best of all however are the very warm and friendly owners Yiannias and his mother for whom nothing was too much trouble. Yiannis offered to drive us to the airport on our departure a really welcome and thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended.

Xenios Zeus is over the top excellent. Giannis and his parents run this charming family owned hotel. It was remodeled last year and they have thought of everything . I'd describe it as a boutique hotel with well appointed decorations and up to date furnishings etc. 6 of the 9 rooms have front row views of the water adjacent to the port and there is a table and chairs on the deck to enjoy it. They also give you a breakfast menu and bring it to you in your room. They even gave us a detailed map of the island when we arrived so we could plan our itinerary. Highly highly recommended!

Great location by the harbour and port. A warm welcome awaits from Giannis and family. The apartment was superb, very clean, modern and comfortable, with everything you need even. an Iron, which must be a first for us in Greece. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching harbour life. Breakfast was delivered to your apartment every morning with your choices made the evening before was delicious and fresh. Shops and restaurants are all on your doorstep. A visit to Chora is a must a taxi is €5 unless you wish to walk up we chose to walk down, approx 15mins. Giannis helped us organise car hire at a good price, the island is beautiful and people are friendly and welcoming. Astypalaia is our 15th Dodecanese Island to visit and is certainly up there as one of our favourites

The owner Yiannis met us at the property and showed us around. It exceeded our expectations, was very clean and modern with a comfy bed and good kitchen area with all utensils. The bathroom was good size with a great shower. Yiannis was a wonderful host helping us to rent scooter and giving us good advice about the island. We would stay here again for sure

I have visited 18 Greek islands so far and Giannis’ accommodation is by far THE BEST I have ever found. Beautifully located in the port, at Chora’s feet (which comes very practical to park your car, you can reach the top of Chora in 15 min walk), this hotel offers very clean and spacious rooms renovated with fine taste and all comfort you could imagine. I cannot stress enough how the bathroom in particular was surprisingly modern and relaxing! Breakfast is very rich and with a very good choice of fresh and local food, and it is served daily in you room, a dream come true :D But the plus of the experience is definitely the sense of hospitality of Giannis and his family, you will feel pampered by their kindness and attentions, as they truly run their activity “with Meraki”. Don’t spend time looking elsewhere and just reserve a room in here. Personally, I can't wait to come back!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Excellent location right next to the port with a lovely view of the harbour. We were greeted by Giannis who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and was delivered to our door at our chosen time every morning. Overall, a great experience. No complains!

If I could rate this property for a higher score I would do it! Set in a key location with access to all basic spots, 5 minutes walk to every basic facility, 10 minutes walk to Chora as well. This family run business is amazing, clean rooms, comfortable beds, amazing view from the balcony. The whole property is fully refurbished as well. Yiannis and his family are lovely people, they picked us up form the airport at no extra charge and they were always around to help us with any queries we had. They are amazing hosts, always happy to help, happy to chat and we miss their kindness and their smile already!

All good. The room we took is not very big, but it's very comfortable for two people.

Giannis, the owner and manager is great. He helped us with everything in spite of being very busy. He is one of a kind, and we'll always be greatful. Location is by the beach and the leisure port. And only 15 min walk to the Chora. It's a quiet environment. The apartment is equiped with everything necessary to prepare your own breakfast and have it in the terrace. Excellent experience.
