The kitchen was tiny. Only one person/couple could use it at a time and not a lot of tables outside so dinnertime was a bit hectic with waiting for space. If you're not using it then no problem!

Location was perfect for getting on / off the boat if you're visiting other towns on the lake. Staff were super helpful. There was a hot shower which was a real treat! Room was comfortable and spacious

Awesome location right off Santander. Staff was friendly and they even had a talking parrot! I just spent one night after the long bus ride from Antigua, so not much else to say. Free coffee/tea and water were also a bonus!

Good size rooms with shelves and bedside tables. Shower was good with enough pressure to wash my hair! Staff were nice and helpful. Good location just off the Main Street. There was a parrot who said hello to us!

People sit in the inside area day and Night drinking and chatting. Good thing, the Host ist looking that there is no langer than 10 o clock

As seems to be the case for many Central American properties, the drains sometimes are a bit smelly. The kitchen is a little unloved and the water supply in there was a bit hit and miss - therefore people didn’t seem to be washing up after themselves which was a bit frustrating

Very good location super close to the boats taking you to other cities at Atitlan Lake. Well-equipped kitchen where you can make your food (most of the restaurants in Pana overprice they offer). Very friendly staff.

you should know that they charge 5% more when you decide to pay by Credit Card, not an unusual thing in Guatemala unfortunately. I got cash from the Banco Industrial (BI) ATM where the commissions are lowest (GTQ 32 = USD 4) - otherwise nothing to complain about, I loved my stay there!

super location, just off the main artery (shopping/restaurant street) Calle Santander and a stone's throw to the lake, still this place is quiet allowing you for a good night's sleep - the nice patio where guests could gather and the talking parrot greeting the guests in English and Spanish, so cute! - free coffee and tea in the morning and afternoon/evening hours - guest kitchen - friendly and helpful staff

There was limited hot water for the shower. The hot water lasted about two to three minutes before turning warm and then cold. It is ok so long as you are prepared to hop into the shower as soon as the water turns hot and rush through the shower before it turns cold :) They charge 5% extra if you pay with a credit card.

It was a perfect location in the center of the main road and close to the lake. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive and all my needs were met. The garden space was well cared for.

My room was located on the first floor right next to the bathrooms and can hear the metal bathroom doors opening and closing anytime someone would use the bathroom. Shower didn't have warm water, maybe it was because there were power issues going on all over the lake towns.

Staff were very friendly and they helped me to understand how to visit the nearby lake towns and with getting a ticket on the shuttle back to Antigua. Great location and the wifi worked fast!
