It would be fantastic if the hotel could consider offering early check-in, particularly for their regular guests. Providing this perk would truly enhance the overall experience and loyalty of patrons.

I absolutely loved the spacious room at this hotel, it provided ample space to move around comfortably. And let's not forget the bed - incredibly comfy.

When I first entered the lobby, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, but after that first time, I didn't notice anything. The hallways though constantly had a food smell. I wish there was more counterspace in the restroom for toiletries. The bed was really hard and the TV didn't work.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and comfortable, ac worked well, hotel was quiet, and there was plenty of parking.

It was the strangest thing, but in the evening hours there were always at least 8 adult men loitering in the parking lot. We left to do shopping, they were there. We came back, they were there. We left to get dinner, they were there. There was always a group of men just hanging out (even when we left at 11:30 pm for the airport). It made me quite uncomfortable, as woman with her teenage daughter walking to and from our car.

We had a 2:30 am flight, so we decided to book a room to hang out in until it was time to go to the airport. It was clean and spacious. Plus it is very close to the airport, as well as restaurants and shopping.

The room smelled a little funny, but my partner said it smelled fine. Although the renovations looks nice, there is no counter space in the bathroom and I wish the mirror reflection wasn't black. The barn door design for the bathroom is a nice touch, but not so nice after you do your business because the exhaust does not work. There were signs everywhere saying "park at your own risk" but I wish there were cameras in the parking lot just for safety reasons.

Affordable, great location, friendly staff. We had everything we needed for 4 nights without the help of the room attendants.

I stayed with colleagues and didn't feel comfortable with the restroom sliding door and the gap it left when closed. Not my ideal door set up for people you work with.

I liked the renovations, closeness to the airport, store, the white clean towels available amenities (blower dryer, ironing board and iron) with coin washer and dryer. Front desk had pods for washing available too. Super easy for anyone to get comfortable and have all needs met. Love the outside palapala for people to sit and wait on laundry. Night staff are ALWAYS welcoming.

not only did I pay a pet deposit I had to pay on top of the initial pet deposit there was a fee for every day the pet stayed with me which was almost 1/3 of the cost of the room

Hotel is a bit 'dated', restaurant was closed for renovations, and I only had one night there, which meant I had to find somewhere else to have dinner and that meant catching a cab as I didn't rent a car.

Stayed there twice while passing via Guam. If the first stay was ok in general, during the second stay the room was not satisfactory - the toilet sensor not working, several bulbs in the room not working, and the room itself, although being an upgrade, was facing the wall, so the curtains had to be closed all the time. The door needed to be slammed to lock.

Close to the airport, good for a one-night stopover due to connecting flights. And the price is one of the most adequate in the area

The beds are VERY HARD and therefore not comfortable for most people. They need to put a sign in each room telling guests that tea bags and coffee are available if you ask for them at the front desk. No milk, either powdered or Coffee Mate, is available for those of us who like milk added to their tea or coffee. Hot water kettle and microwave are provided in each room.

The hotel is close to the airport. We were in transit travelers coming from Palau. The front desk staff were efficient very friendly. The hotel is basic in its amenities but clean.

The room they had prepared wasn't as clean as we hoped and we saw roaches, but it was probably because our room was on the ground floor and near the back of the building.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room they prepared wasn't to our liking, but they were able to accommodate us and give us a really nice room.
