We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe location is a bit away from everything, which can be good or bad. I wished the gym, other restaurants and spa were open, but they are closed due to COVID.
We really loved the free buffet breakfast, Happy Hour and the access to the waterpark. The staff was always extremely friendly. The one restaurant that was open was good as well. The rooms were very good size! If you get one with two beds, and one is stiff, try the other one. ;)

United StatesUnfortunately, there was no alternative option for guests that cannot have meat in the breakfast box. The same sentiment goes for the Thanksgiving Brunch - no meat free options for $65/$30 (adult/child) guest. The water park was fun, but the floors of the lazy river and wave pool could use some attention. The jacuzzi at the pool had LOW water level which meant that the water was just circulating rather than being pushed through the filter.
The pool and water park were easily accessible. Because we booked online, we were provided breakfast every morning. Breakfast was a boxed meal that included a variety of breads, eggs, meat slices, and fruit. The hotel pool was open before and after the water park opened/closed which gave us more time to enjoy the amenities.

United StatesThere's no sense of privacy, we had to keep our blinds closed. Privacy went out the window when guests of neighboring rooms like to stare and take a peek into your balcony and room, balconies are divided by a thin wall. The TV in the room is absolutely small making any show you watch very distant from the bed, we had to push whatever chairs are in the room in front of the TV in order to lay back and enjoy a movie. The bed is absolutely hard, so hard that it causes stiff necks. Pillows and the weight blankets are great but the bed itself is like laying on the floor. The breakfast at Le Premiere... Orange juice was watered down, requested another only to be told that's the way it is so exchanged for iced tea. Nothing really different the many times we ate there, eggs, bacon, rolls, rice... same every day. Would be nice for a variety, like cereal, oatmeal, toasts, etc. but nope...
The room was cozy, clean, and the view of the Ocean from the balcony was exceptional. We had a pleasant time overall. The access to the beach from the pool was amazing. The waterpark seems great but wish there were more options at the food stand.

JapanWe have been happy guests at this resort (formerly Onward) few years ago twice and this time we have been disappointed. The resort (and the attached Aqua Park) badly needs maintenance and many facilities have been closed or in a very poor conditions (the Jacuzzi, the inside aquarium, the fitness center, the table tennis tables and so on). There is no longer an option to swap breakfast with lunch that added flexibility. The room cleaning was not great, for 3 days we had to remind the needed to have it done, not what you expect for the price you pay.
The breakfast buffet is great. Added bonus the Aqua Park free entry. In the evening a 30 mins walk (or a short taxi ride) can take you to the an Outlet with several places in and around where to eat. The pool dinner/party organized on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday is enjoyable and fun, definitely worthy to participate at least once.

We enjoyed our time here, especially at the waterpark. The deluxe room was great and very spacious. Staff were very friendly and acknowledged you whenever they were around. Our package came with free breakfast from Bayview and it was great.

United KingdomThe breakfast wasnt breakfast, it was more lunch. The booking was advertised as buffet breakfast but there wasnt a buffet or even a choice. Sauna, bar, spa, gym, bbq and restraunt where all closed, this was not as advertised online. Location isnt very good if you dont have a car, nothing near by and the shuttle bus wasnt running. We came back to our room to find the door open after the cleaners had been in. They tell you to shut the balcony door but if your outside there is no way to get back in from the outside.
Staff were friendly and the beach/ pool was good. Had a good recommendation for a pool/snooker bar 15 minutes down the road by reception.
