Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I like the location of the property and the cleanliness of my room. The quietness of the room is average. The free WiFi was not informed to me at the arrival, when I queried about it, the staff was very impatient and the body language is very not friendly 😑

First, I asked what bus stop is nearby hotel but the staff did not know that granville bus stop was temporarily unavailable so the A21 bus did not in granville and i got off in hung hom station. I had to walk and took MTR to TST station then walk again. Second, I called the reception to request sugar and toiletries to deliver in my room. Nobody came after 1hr so I called again and gave sugar with no toiletries. I asked the staff but she could not speak english.

The room was small but that was not the issue. The wash basin was outside. and the bathroom had a stinking smell. They told they will not change the bedsheets but atleast room was supposed to be cleaned everyday and that didnt happen. The Wifi in the room was pathetic.

PhilippinesI hope they look into their toiletries coz people usually expect hotels provide adequate supply for the entire stay. And personally, I'm keen with washroom and toiletries in hotels.
I experienced a slight inconvenience during my first night but they immediately took an action after I brought it up to their attention. So, I can say I had a very comfortable stay with them. I booked for 9 nights and they kept my room always clean and smelling fresh during my entire stay. They are also in a very convenient location. There a lot of restos nearby and subway station is just few steps away.

EstoniaThe safe was not working when I checked in, but a technician came up within 5 minutes and fixed it. The alarm clock acted strange and beeped in the middle of the night despite there being no alarm set, so I just removed the batteries. The bathroom felt cramped. The toilet paper was very flimsy. Dust accumulated in some areas, for example inside the lamp above the vanity mirror. And although there were several lamps in the room, even when used in combination they did not make the room very bright.
Everything was alright for a hotel of this class, also factoring in the location and room rate. I am surprised at so many low score reviews here. I chose this hotel in spite of the reviews because I had a gut feeling that it would be OK nonetheless, and I was right. I had just the basic double room that the hotel insists on calling "Superior", and it was very good, with all the things I needed. Desk with chair, large TV on desk level (instead of somewhere up by the ceiling), fridge and safe, tea and bath amenities. The bathroom even had a bath. The room was on non-smoking floor 16 and overlooked the yard area, so there was no street noise. It was not cold in the room and I could easily adjust the aircon to make it warmer or cooler. The bed was good too, not too soft and not too hard, and the pillows were not paper thin as in many hotels. One funny thing was how many mirrors were in the room, probably four or five in total. Never had to wait more than a minute for the lifts. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable. Overall a satisfying stay, with some minor gripes. I should also mention that bus A21 from/to the airport stops very close to the hotel.
