The kitchen and utensils are all new, there's an automatic coffee machine, the place is very quiet (except for temporary construction work, which is quite far but you can hear blasts).
The bed in the smallest apartment doesn't quite fit 2, so we upgraded to another suite. I would definitely recommend picking the second one, as the smallest one is way too humid (in late fall), as it has two of its walls against the ground.

“The whole house is just gorgeous, every little detail is well planned and we had everything we needed for our stay here. The house is even prettier than in the pictures. Although it was raining outside, we were able to hang out in the living room which is huge and so cozy and has a huge couch like I have never seen before so 6 of were able to lay down comfortably. The rooms are so beautiful and very clean and every room has its own toilet and shower which is great and almost all rooms have a terrace included. Too bad we weren’t here in the summer so we couldn’t use the pool but we used the sauna instead.
The owners were very friendly and they even let us in enter the house before scheduled check in.
We definitely recommend this house a vacation as you will wish that you are the owner of this house.”
“It is an appartment on the ground floor of a house. The hosts live upstairs, but apparently starting from the 2nd floor so it is quiet and there is a lot of privacy. There are two appartmenst there next to each other. The appartment is very well equipped and new. The bed has even a mosquitoe net. The hostess brought us fruit from the garden, some water and a shot of local alcohol, very good. She even washed our clothes for us when we asked about the washing machine. Really very nice people, also speak English / German. There is a nice garden in front of the appartment with lounge chairs, lights etc. There is a place to park the car on the courtyard.”
“Villa cocoon is an absolute gorgeous holiday home settled in a beautiful location between the Adriatic ocean and the stunning mountains. Biljana and Goran are super friendly, helpful and generous hosts who helped to make our vacation really special, with hints for things to do, awesome homemade cake and just being always contactable when we needed something.
The house is beautifully decorated and really cozy. We love to cook and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped, there is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and lots of fresh herbes. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space. From several terraces, you can enjoy an amazing view on the mountains. You can also grab some fresh fruits from the trees in the large private garden. Our favourites have been the pool and the pool bar where we prepared some nice cocktails.”
