Host family is realy frienly! Than haven't problem with my transport to airport at 4 am. Room was very clean, comfortable, at bathroom basic cosmetics- usefull. Localions is close from sea -10 minutes by walk, close from supermarket.

Good localisation (shop and easy to get to the old town), a video guide from Mara how to reach her place,that was nice. Good working shower, comfortable bed :) Water in the fridge, mugs, forks and knives. WiFi Towels as a set to use. We could store our backpacks after the time we left (but not in the room we slept) it was really helpful! Thank you Mara and Mirela

It was a bit confusing, as we thought that we were renting the whole apartment, as those are the picture that you can see in the add. In our case was not a problem as we only stayed one night. It is true that we got confirmation by the host through a message that it was just the room. Just double check before booking.

The room was great and everything was super clean, we could park in the house. Really close to the old town, 5 min by car, or a bit longer walking. The owner was super nice and recommended us places for dinner that were great. We had a great stay and I highly recommend the place.

I areived here in december and the room is heated by an Air Conditioner. It has been turned on upon my arrival, so the room and the bathroom was freezing cold. The AC could not heat up the room by midnight, so it was very cold (the walls and all the furnitures were super cold).

This little room is perfect for you if you are alone, or with a partner and you want to only sleep and have a shower in the apartment. The bed is super comfortable, the TV is big, and the room is very clean.

Apartment was super clean, cosy, high standard. We've found all necessary equipment and even more, like cold water and fruits waiting for us, or coffee to drink. Our host was very helpful and friendly. it's a short walk to the city center, bit it was pleasant. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay!

The owner was extremely nice and helpful, especially when we had problems with our car. The house has everything you need for a longer stay and is really pretty. There's a 20-minute walk to Kolovare Beach with quite a lot of space and nice water.

I was actually a little confusing maybe because of the name of the accommodation and the pictures. I thought we have booked an entire apartment with 1 room but it was actually only a small bedroom. But it was ok because we only needed to sleep in Zadar 1 night to take an airplane on the next day. The sink is very small, a little difficult for teeth washing. My only suggestion is that the towels are a little bigger. The bath towel has the size of a face towel. Ah and it would be much better if it could be automatically paid through Booking, directly in credit card. All the other accommodations we stayed were like this and it was much simpler. I didn’t realize we would need to pay directly in the accommodation, didn’t have it in cash and needed to take it from an ATM, so it took me 17 euros extra because of the machine and bank taxes :(

Very good if you will stay only for one night. (one room dorm) The shower is really good!

There was nothing like that.

The apartment is new and clean, the bed is very comfortable. The host lives upstairs, so even though our flight was at night, checking in at midnight was no problem. The location is perfect, close to the central bus station, and the sea, the house is in a quiet, cute street with little to no traffic. We stayed only one night before travelling further, but would return here anytime!

The cleanness was very good. The hostess is very sweet and helpful. I think this is untill now the best apartment that I have booked over the last few years. The place is big and location is perfect. Close to the busstation was a big +. I had already booked in split or else I would have stayed longer in this apartment.

The hot water tank switch was in another guest's room so if they accidentally turned it off then you'll have no hot water. Everything else is great.

Room was really small.. Maybe a smaller bed would have fit better.. The bathroom was also small (like a suggestion, change the sink with a bigger one and lower down the mirror..my gf at 1.50m height couldn t see her. Also, put more towel hangings on the walls. The shower was splitting water all over the bathroom..an border would help)

After taking a shower, water from the shower disturbs because it's everywhere in the bathroom.

The room is very modern and comfortable. Not so far from the center - 20 mins by walk along beaches. Beach is 10 mins by walk. When we had a problem with hot water, the owner solved fastly our problem. We received free water and juice at check in. We also had large TV in appartment.

Had to pay with cash the accommodation cost, so a lot of money got wasted in commission and exchange fees.

Nice location to a calm neighborhood, close to the bus station for exploring Croatia, and supermarkets, cafes etc. 15 mins walk to the "good" beach Kolovare. Excellent hosts, they were generous, helpful and let us check out late 😊
