The main door to the building opens straight out onto a seating area for a restaurant. The street is quite narrow and dark when the restaurant wasn’t open.

The stairwells were dark. The Sensors didn’t turn the lights on fast enough. I felt very vulnerable. This causes me to not recommend it to friends. Very dangerous. An intruder could be there and you would not know it.

The lighting in the halls was terrible. Halfway up the 38 stone steps the motion-activated lights would go out and we were left in total blackness. Very scary! The listing said there was a washing machine but it didn’t work at that time.

The room was tiny but had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and centrally located. They left nice little sample coffees for us

The property was well located in the centre of the old town. Although the ground floor entry was run down, the apartment was very good.

I wont say this is really negative but internet connection was not good. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment but at night tried to use the internet and was almost never working. So if you planned to work from here, might not be the best place, you will need to go to a cafe maybe.

This property was just as described, location 10/10 right in the middle of Old town, was really easy to come back inside at least twice a day to refresh ourselves and go back to have dinner. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful describing the property and also helping with the arrange shuttle to the airport. Also, they were really responsive when you have any questions. About the apartment, really cozy and have everything you need. We didn’t use the kitchen at all so can’t tell that much but bathroom had a lot of space, bed was really comfy and the air conditioning worked perfectly. (If you planned to visit in summer this detail is really important). I will totally book this place if I ever visit again. Price was worth it because we didn’t spend in public transportation since we were just walking around. There are plenty of good restaurants in te area (1-2 min walking) which is amazing

The communal area of the apartment block was tired and un inviting.

Location fab! It was very convenient to drop off our bags until the apartment was ready. The taxi service was great too and cheaper than quoted at the airport by 11 euros.

The apartment that I got is in a building that is really poorly maintained and dirty. The building really was disgusting. There was also a lot of noise inside the building at night from people walking up and down the stairs talking, making it very difficult to sleep. Finally, the hot water for bathing did not last more than 5 minutes.

The interior of the apartment itself was immaculate. Very cute and clean. Well decorated and prepared for any need. It is just like the photos. The reception staff are also very friendly. And they have garages 10 minutes away to rent (very expensive price 43 euros per day), but it is very difficult to find a place near the old town.

The communication from booking to check out was fantastic. They organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport, and we felt so welcomed when we arrived to check in at the reception. The reception is just around the corner from the apartment but was super easy to find and directions were clear. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, and the shower was fantastic. The location is perfect for a city break and it’s very central. We had such a lovely time and would recommend these apartments to anyone thinking of going!

difficulty with check in phone number given by booking.com different than apartments Dubrovnick which manages the property. Entrance very poorly labeled the stairwell dirty and not well maintained. Reception remote from the property

Nothing particular, although the hot water taps were a little temperamental from both bathroom and kitchen (we could not get any in the evening). The shower was fine.
