WiFi in my room intermittent. Breakfast could have had a little more variety. But the staff went out of their way to rectify these minor issues.

I didn't like the lift which shut on you appearing to have no sensor to stop it and I hurt myself here too. The pool is very small and it boiling hot rather strangely, more like a sauna and the smaller whirlpool pool looks like a jacuzzi and is cold. very odd!

Good hotel, staff very nice. Room was ok, window was onto the corridor so not really a proper window. Bed was good, bathroom was a good size but the shower over bath is less practical and I slipped on the bath mat which slid while on the bath bottom and really hurt myself so a shower would have been so much easier. Breakfast was good and varied. Roof top bar is lovely and the staff there work very hard and are very chatty and lovely..

We weren't given any information on the afternoon tea that was included in our booking (I'm almost certain that breakfast was also included but the room details from the booking aren't available on booking.com once the booking is made! The title of the room was Junior Suite with Afternoon Tea) The Junior Suite was on the first floor with a nice big view of a vacant lot covered in rubbish.

Nice big room, the aircon was set up to be left on when the door card was removed - was lovely to come home to a cool room. The communal areas are beautifully decorated. Hotel is in a good location. Nice staff.

You pay for what you get ! The staff treats you as tho you were a celebrity, always over available for you. The room was amazing and the buffet breakfast amazing too ! We made use of the close proximity to walk to most places we wanted to go and the reception staff were extremely helpful

Fabulous staff. Very friendly. Lovely rooftop pool and bar area. Great river views. Excellent barmen, lovely Lychee martini, good bar food. A warm jacuzzi pool and cold plunge pool. It was very much needed after the intense HCMC heat. Small friendly hotel. Lovely feel to it. Good breakfasts and free afternoon teas Very good location. We chose a room with a window, reasonable size, everything you need. Would recommend

The lack of daylight in my room. But I knew about this before my stay so it's a complaint not against the hotel, but more to myself. I thought it would not be a problem but it was as I hate artificial light

Room is a little small for large luggages, breakfast area is small so try to beat the crowd. Some of the staff at breakfast were a bit lost, while one of them was doing all the work, so the service may not be very fast.

Clean room and spacious bathroom, great value for money, convenient location, good breakfast options, nice afternoon tea with live music (local band - do not miss it! Very nice touch!). Helpful staff.

Room and fittings were a little tired but perfectly functional. Wasn't keen on the rooftop bar, but that didn't matter as we were pretty much in the middle of downtown Saigon! I would have like a nice public area to sit around in, other than the reception area which was always busy with new and departing guests.

Excellent location in District 1 with everything you need in easy walking distance. The staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. The room had everything with a fabulous bathroom area.

The only negative thing about our stay was that we had to wait to get our room even though we arrived at the check-in time of 2pm. It was all right in the end since we had the afternoon tea while we waited, but we would have prefered to freshen up before the afternoon tea.

The staff were friendly and motivated - Vincent was especially helpful as he assisted us in organising bus transport to the floating market. I enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast and afternoon tea - I like the mix of western and Vietnamese food and enjoyed eating soup for breakfast. The fountain in the dining room was a nice touch and took your attention away from the fact that there was no window in the room. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool - the hot and cold bathing areas were very relaxing and the bar and view added to the atmosphere.
