We loved the days we stayed there. The apartment is beautiful, everything is brand new and an excellent location. Lusy was simply incredible, in every way. She provided us with countless tips on how to have the best experience in Dubronick. In addition to the suggestion of an incredible boat trip around the 3 islands.

Our only issue was with the managing company who didn’t communicate very well or efficiently. The actual host, Lusy, is really nice, helpful and friendly. Our advice is to ask as soon as you book for Lusy’s Phone number and to then communicate direct with her via WhatsApp.

Great location a short drive/ bus ride from the old town. Close to several small beaches and many restaurants. Cosy room and good reliable wifi. Good shower pressure and working A/C. Free parking for our hire car for the full 5 days.

The bedroom/ balcony overlooks a construction , which is pretty noisy and starts at around 7 am. The mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable. The toilet/ bathroom cannot be locked from the inside, and it’s directly next to the kitchen.

The hosts are very friendly helpful and provided all the information we needed for the stay. The check in and check out was smooth. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, allows to prepare your own meals. The location is pretty good, a short bus ride will take you to the Old town and the beach , supermarkets and restaurants are in less than 10 min walk . The property has a beautiful little garden in front of the house and the hosts live downstairs and were always available.

It would have been nice to have a shared kitchen of some sort, but as long as you eat outside and/or don't need to cook, it's perfect.

Perfectly located, it's close to shops, restaurants, the beach. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities needed for a short trip.

I liked that the apartment had a parking spot, because in Dubrovnik parking spots are hard to find and not cheap. The bus stop was very near. By Uber is about 4,5 to 5 euros to the old Town. There is a shop near for gorciaries.

My bed was not the best.

Location is great, 1 minute the bus station and 10 minutes the old town. Close to the crossroad, however it's quiet. Hosts were very polite and helpful, lot of useful info we have got. The appartment is big enough and well equipped.

The location was perfect. Close to grocery, pedestrian walk way, restaurants, coffee houses and the beach. The home was located in an enclosed court yard and felt particularly safe. The host couple were very welcoming and extremely helpful with suggestions and advice. The host spoke very good English.

The fact that it was on the top floor and had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs and then a further 2 flights of a small spiral staircase.

Slat bed! Does not work well for big NZ rugby players. However this is a minor thing as for the average sized person no issues :)

Such a nice, clean and modern apartment! We loved our stay here. The aircon worked well which was a must in the late august heatwave. The location is a little out of the centre, but really easy with a bus stop across the road and plenty of Ubers around. Highly recommend!

Nothing really. I just wish we knew uber operated in the area and was cheap before we decided to walk with our cases.

The host was friendly and informative. She greeted us with cold beers and gave us all the info we needed to get around including cheaper transport. The photograph detailing the exact location was very helpful.

Not an issue for us but perhaps for others, apartment is on 2th floor only reachable by stairs. Roof of the apartment is sloped which ment I had to duck a lot (I’m 1.96m)

Location is great, apartment is fitted with everything you need. Also with airconditioning. Around the corner is Pizzeria Astrid & Obelix which has great pizza’s with rooftop terrace

Great location - 10 minute bus ride to Durbrovnik town, bus stop is right beside the property! Very clean & comfortable room, very nice owner! 2 minute walk down to the beach and cliffs, very close to all restaurants & shops! Would highly recommend!

The bath has no windows, and at one apartment ,the ventilation doesn' t worked. The towels smelled not quite nice( humidity smell).maybe here is a place for improvement( all the same color, new ones, smell at as clen one). We reserved in a hurry, and in not more than one minute,I requested to cancel and I send a message to the host to the host to cancel free or at least to wait until next morning to decide it we'll go or not. We have decided to keep the booking, but,in the meantime, the host informed that they do not accept to cancel. So. In my opinion, they didn't show any empathy for a very small mistake ! Luky us that we have decided to keep the booking. Other way we would lost the money!

The location was great! Near the beach(5-7 lin walking). Easy to get into Old City Center via Uber(cheaper than bus). Places that nearby location. Great rapport quality, location /price for Dubrovnik.

If you are looking for a private place have in mind that the owners live downstairs and when you enter the apartment you need to cross through their barbacue area, which can be a little awkward. The mattress may need a replacement. Theres no a/c on the bedroom, only at the living room. For hot days can be inconvenient. If you are tall, the beams can be little be annoying.

I enjoyed my staying very much. Location is not that close to old town but theres a bus that leaves you there in 15 minutes and you have an amazing beach very near. I liked the area and the host is very kind, she gave tips about the city and were to eat (which I followed and was delightful) Overall good price-quality ratio considering that is an expensive destination
