The balcony was very shaded, no sun at all at any time of the day which is fine if you don't like the sun. So as someone who loves sitting on a balcony enjoying the sunshine, this was very disappointing. So keep in mind, if it's a fully shaded balcony you're after, this is perfect. If not let the host know that you want a balcony that is not in the shade all day.

The host was friendly . The apartment was absolutely immaculate and was in an excellent area which is close to all tourist attractions, restaurants, bars etc but also in a very peaceful street so perfectly located .It had everything required and more, unfortunately the balcony let it down as it was shaded all day, literally no sunshine on the balcony :(

The old town is very close about a 5 minute walk and also very close to harbour. Lots of steps though so not suitable for people who can’t do staircases easily. Otherwise lovely and great staff. Thank you!

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to the old town, including bars, shops and restaurants. This is a quirky apartment with access to a communal garden terrace. Communication was good and a very friendly girl met us to hand over the keys.

Quirky property in a fantastic location to explore all of split - hosts were wonderful and really accommodating Great location to explore everywhere; the old town, beaches, port, Marjan park - even the football stadium which we walked to and watched a game! Really peaceful location - slept perfectly each night even though just a short walk from bars and nightlife

Stairs going up were scary and wobbly especially if you needed toilet which was upstairs

Plugs for devices, plenty of tourist books and info in the drawer, very clean and tidy and cozy. AC also worked brilliantly when temperature rose.

We book 2 apartments. The smaller one actually was on 3rd and 4th floor. (acc. english flooring) On the second floor was the living room and the kitchen, the sleeping room and bathroom with toilett was on the 4th floor. Fortunatelly the smaller one we booked for grandparents. The bigger one was on the ground floor and the the sleeping room on the second floor. However in the descreption write that it is an apartment with 2 bedroom this is not true. There is only 1 sleeping room, the "other one" is an gallery with an very uncomfortable duple bed and the only one bedroom opens from here. We were with tour adult (twenties) sons and we would like 2 bedroom in this apartmant. So it was very uncomfortable. Both apartmants were not too clean. The showerhead was wrong. There was washing machine, but there was no rotary clothes dryer. The beds were very uncomfortable. All of us got bakache. The smaller apartment was siutable for 2 person and the big one is not too good for 4 person. On of our son move to the living&dining room&kitchen to sleep on the sofa because the 2 boys did not want to sleep together in one bed. He could not sleep to much as he was aweked by our baby early in the morning when we start to have a breakfest with the baby. But the beds and the lack of cleanness was the most disturbing.

The location and the town was wonderful. We would like to try the living in the old stones, in the city of an old town. It was nice. There were a lot of restuarants arround us, it was easy to eat something good.
