We had an amazing stay at Daniel and Silvija place during our recent vacation. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warm hospitality and great enthusiasm. Upon our request, they kindly allowed us to stay in one of the top-floor apartments, providing us with an indescribable view of the entire area. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, although it lacked a freezer, which wasn't an issue as they allowed us to use the one located on the ground floor near the entrance. Everything was impeccably clean and hygienic, making us feel instantly comfortable and at home. Daniel went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Not only did he provide us with insights into various local attractions and experiences, but he also went the extra mile to connect us with a kayak rental service when we expressed an interest in kayaking. Despite our previous unsuccessful attempts to find a provider on our own, Daniel made it happen, ensuring that our vacation was filled with unforgettable moments. We can't thank Daniel and Silvija enough for their outstanding hospitality and dedication to making our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and commitment to their guests truly made our vacation an exceptional experience. We highly recommend their accommodation to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in this charming place. They also have the cutest little dog named Sky and we would love to come back once and stay at their place again.

There is no thing I didn't like. For me personally the only thing that would be nice to have when I come next time, is additions for food in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, toothpickles.

The best part of this apartment is an amazing sea view. Hosts are super nice, always there for anything. Everything was very, very clean.

Everything was really excellent. Nice reception at the day of arrival. Exact tips regarding the apartment and the neighbourhood. Openness and willingness to help and answer all the questions. The apartment was clean, air-conditioned. The host and his family created a familiar atmosphere so we could feel us like at home. If we ever are given an opportunity to come to Seget Vranjica we will surely come back to Kairos. We recommend this place for all visitors of Croatia.

The hosts (Daniel and Sylvia and Mia) are very friendly, nice, kind and wonderful, we enjoyed our vacation and spent a quality time, the sea was so clear and nearby restaurants had really delicious meals. The room was so clean and there is everything you need (the towels, kitchenette, TV and air-conditioning). We really recommend these apartments to choose for your vacation in the Croatia.

We really enjoyed our stay in Apartments Kairos. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Hosts are positive and helpful people. Location of the apartment is a perfect spot for exploring Croatia.The village itself is small and very quiet. There are several restaurants and bars, 2-3 beaches and shop. Nothing at all!

The building is located ideally. What a views!! We saw all the Vranjica bay, south and west full open view!!! Stunning! Apartment was very spacious, comfy, clean, AC worked perfect! One way 1,5 min slow walk you are at the sea shore, plenty of places to lay or sit and rest, swim and tan. Another way 2,5 walk you are at the bay, two more beaches with bars and 4 restaurants, bakery, grocery and more! Just 45 seconds from our building is the store where you can buy everything you need: fresh fruits, vegetables, juices, wines, beers, ice creams, sweets, cheeses, EVERYTHING! The prices are the same as in the city. Not the last… the hosts… Daniel and Silvija. Great people! I hope to visit Kairos Apartments again! ASAP! 😁😄

The kitchen is small so you have to be very organised when you cook something but it was not a problem.

We had a very pleasant stay in Apartments Kairos. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small shop in Seget Vranjica. Also just a few kilometers from Trogir.

Walls of the apartment are maybe little thin and we could sometimes hear more noisy neighbors but it was nothing that would change the great feeling from our apartment and whole vaccation :)

Very friendly host, communication in english was not a problem at all. Apartment was very clean and equiped with everything you need for small lunch (pasta, salads, ...). Views from the terace were one of the best in whole village. Beaches were 2-3 min. walk from the apartment and also boat to trogir was going every hour from spot located 5 min. walk from apartment. Hosts would help us with every question or demand we had and would give advices where are all the good beaches and restaurants. At the end of the trip the host provided us place in trogir where we could store the luggage while we were walking around the city and having lunch.

So a little softer and less comfortable bed.

This accommodation and place was great. Beautiful sea views. Nice, smiling and helpful staff. What we needed, we got. Two minutes to the sea. Private parking by the house. Quiet place. Several restaurants in the city, ice cream, near a small shop. Two beaches, concrete and pebble, we went to the concrete one. There was a nicer sea.

The apartment no.23 is cosy, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It has an amazing view over the sea and small marina (the view is amazing at sunse time). Silvia and her husband are super positive and helpful people. Location of the apartment is a perfect spot for exploring the area from Split to Sibenik. Everything is reachable by car in max. one hour. The village itself is small and very quiet. There are several restaurants and bars, 2-3 beaches and supermarket in immediate vicinity of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend!
