No AC units in the bedrooms, only in the hallways (seems a common theme in Croatia). Have to sleep with the bedroom door open to keep them cool.

After one week on a sailing boat we had a very relaxing afternoon and night at Liams appartment. Thanks for the nice view, the quiet place and the most sympathic support during our arrival.

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Our host took care of us brilliantly including taking all our bags to their sister hotel in Trogir old town until our flight home. Highly recommend Apartments Liam.

There is not much sun in the apartment in August and for me the floor was a little bit cold.

It was really spacious apartment with a big terrace overlooking the sea. All necessary kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher were there to use. Host was very friendly and attentive, gave all necessary instructions about getting to the place and helped with luggage. It was quite good to go straight to the Trogir by the pedestrians shortcut (Stari put) but if you’re going back to the apartment I suggest to choose the same way as you went to the town not the other like signs show, cause then you avoid getting to Kralja Tomislava road, that is quite busy and narrow at night and has no sidewalks.

Property is on a steep hill, so be prepared to climb from city centre and beach, but i suggest to look at it as a nice workout after dinner

It has not much to do with apartment but still i need to mention that close is an airport of Split and planes are taking of and landing above the house and probably whole Čiovo Island. It was quite loud especially in the night.

Nice and clean. Close to the market, restaurant, different beaches and with nice walk to the centre of Trogir. Just perfect! Apartment was fully equipped, with nice terase, everything just like on the photos. Person who is in charge for communication with visitors is available, nice and helpful.

Nothing. Everything was great. My only complaint was the towels smelt a little like cigarette smoke.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at this apartment! It was impeccably clean, provided convenient car parking, and the location was perfect. Being able to easily access the old town and having the beach nearby added to the overall charm. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay!

Jack is an excellent host who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He even drove us to our barge when we were to embark on a tour. The apartment is extremely clean and spacious. The terrace had lovely greenery with a view of the Adriatic Sea. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and cushions. The kitchen was well appointed with stove, oven, full fridge with freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer. There was a rack for drying clothes on the terrace. There is a small grocery store nearby. And the beach is very close to the property. When we return we will definitely hope to stay again.

Very nice apartment, decorated with style with see view terrace. Comfortable and spacious with everything you need. There was no lift but we were offered help with our suitcases which was very kind.

In the apartment there is a heterogenous collection of seconhand funiture. Carpet and sofa were different (not so stylish) than in pictures. The lamp beside the bed has no power socket. Better upkeeping should be needed.
