The two bedroom apartment we stayed in has an excellent front yard/lounge area, but unfortunatelly it faces a busy street, and the motorbikes passing by can be annoying.

Clean, spatious, well equipped, great pool, very friendly host, private parking, great location, walking distance to the beach.

The balcony was the only small disappointment as it is not suitable for children. There is no way of locking the door that opens onto the balcony so we had to lodge a chair infront of it during our stay.

A lovely apartment in a great location in Pula. We found the apartment large with great facilities. The bedrooms were very comfortable with a large kitchen diner and lounge area which was equipped with all the essentials and added bits lile washing liquid, coffee and other welcome bits. It wasl very well furnished and decorated throughout. A short walk to local shops and restaurants and a large shopping mall. We were close to many of the main attractions Pula has to offer such as the aquarium and many of the beaches. The pool was warm and beautifully clean. We didn't use the additional facilities by the pool such as bbq and kitchenette but they were great added touches. The outdoor area is comfortable with seating and a table and chairs if you wanted to enjoy breakfast in the sun as we did. We parked our car securely at the property next door. Overall we couldn't recommend this property enough If you are hoping for a lovely stay in Pula. Its much more comfortable than a hotel and ideal for a family.

Great house with studio's, facilities more than expected! Awesome shade, pool and privacy. There was even a shared kitchen (where I left my alcohol like many others I saw) and a washing machine.

There is literally nothing that we didn’t like. This place is a gem.

Beautiful apartments that have everything you need for your stay. The location is great, you can just walk to the beach or to the center. The host Tikhomir is super helpful, he even made us a reservation in a restaurant we could not call from overseas. We would 100% stay here again!!

Great apartment with everything you need..if there was something you needed, you could probably find it in the communal kitchen area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The little kitchen by the pool had lots of information, which was very useful. Loved the heated pool, very clean and felt warm even in October! The host was very helpful, very quick to reply to messages with any queries. The walk into the town centre was fairly straightforward. The apartment was also in a good location for accessing the beaches and the other side of Pula. There were many cafes, restaurants and bars in the local area, all of which were great, so this offered a good alternative to the town centre. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great holiday.

The host Tihomir was very kind, generous and laidback. The entire place is beautiful, a real oasis in the middle of the suburban area. The apartment had everything and more we could have wanted and imagined. There were many small details that surprised us in a very positive way, because the owners thought of literally everything. The apartment is so nice and comfortable, the terrace is amazing, and the deckchairs are insanely comfortable. The pool is perfect and very clean. I especially liked that we really had a sense of privacy. It's absolutely worth the money, and we will definitely be back!

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. It had large comfortable beds and spacious rooms and a nice outdoor space which got the sun in the afternoon. The pool was much better than expected as it was heated so meant we could use it in May which was an unexpected bonus! The location was good a short drive or taxis were cheap into the centre but within easy walking distance of many lovely swimming spots and beaches. The owner was really helpful nothing was too much trouble.

We spent 4 days in Pula (15-18. April 2022). The host was very nice and he helped us when we needed something. The place was quiet, clean, and good equipped. If you want to cook, you can use the dishes and kitchen appliances. They have the basic ingredients (coffee, oil, salt, sugar etc.). The pool is very nice but we couldn’t use it because of the weather. We enjoyed our stay.
