There was a funky smell from the shower drain, they did address it and it was better for the day and then came back...but there were definitely areas in Split that had the same drainage issues...so it may just be due to that. All in all a great stay.

The space was awesome. Close to all the area of Split has to offer. Clean and pretty spacious for the actual size of the space. ☺️

The shower head was not firmly fixed and kept falling out, it was held together with masking tape ( its been mentioned in other reviews, so please fix it and you will be scored higher). We found the memory foam mattress too Soft and hot for us but thats a personal preference. No soap or toiletries in the bathroom and we had to buy our own washing up liquid for the dishes. Chipped cups in the kitchen and only 1 wine glass provided.

We arrived eary and were able to leave our cases. The prooerty was located in a quiet pedestrianised area. Grocery stores close by. Short walk to beach or main centre. We had a tiny terrace outside number 3 which was a nice place to eat.

I see a lot of comments around the pillows and I have to agree, this is such an easy fix for the site and very minimal cost surely max $20 for two cheap big pillows! Just get them, The current pillows absolutely suck!!! Would have rated this place a 9 or 10 if it wasn't for the bed pillows. Also the shower was very hard to get into and water did escape, but this wasn't a big deal.

So easy to check in! Loved been able to rock up when we wanted! Great sized apartment with a full kitchen, table and outdoor terrace (only one of them has an outdoor terrace and we were lucky to grab it!). Excellent location. There is some parking not too far by Monty Python Cafe which wasn't too bad of a walk or else you can park on the random small side streets like the locals do! Great room, TV with netflix!

Our apartment seemed to a be little out of the way, the enterace was not through the maingate and it was out to the street where people walked by the front door. We were expecting a terrance and a view but we didn't really get that. We had access to a terrance but the apartment we got was placed out of the way and felt like a basement apartment.

It was a really cute and cozy aparment that we got, we liked how easy the check in and out was, the staff was very helpfull when we needed help. Of course we were mostly paying for a great location and it really is such a nice location and easy to go explore from there.

The pressure of the shower means that it doesn't stay on the holder, so you have to hold the shower head when using it - though this is still better than had it not been strong enough. We'd also have liked either thicker pillows, or more pillows as the one's in the property are a bit thin. We managed to make do by using towels & still had a great sleep.

The location of the property was excellent, it's minutes away from the city walls and harbour, but tucked off the main street so it's nice and quiet at night. It has everything you need for a short stay in Split - bed, toilet & shower, kitchen facilities and a table should you want to cook + a small outdoor seating area.

Difficult with the one side of the bed against the wall. Nowhere to hang towels and beach towels and bathers. Shower might be a bit small for a big person but we managed.

The apartment door opens straight onto the street which can be noisy at night. The bed could be comfier and needs more pillows.

Other than the bad weather, there was an incident but it was beyond the property's control. The owner was communicative and helpful to us. If I could give a suggestion, probably add/change the pillows. The bed was comfy but the pillows were too flat. :D

It was a bit challenging to find the location at first, but once you've found it, everything went well. Mia greeted us while we were finding the property and showed us around the property. The location is superb! Walking distance to the old town and many attractions. You should try the fresh fried fish sold at the market. It's cheap and DELICIOUS.

-awfull smell in the bathroom (moist/drain smell) -drainage system in the shower wasn't working properly so the whole bathroom became flooded after taking a shower (and there was nothing to dry the floor with except 2 towls for whole our stay of 5 days) -towels were very hard and like sandpaper -left over food from the previous habitants -very rude owner (refused to be of any assistance or do anything about the problems altough some people also mentioned this in their reviews. Tried to blame everything on us. And would come over always when we where not there instead of like we suggested when we were present so we could go over all the issues together. -really overpriced property: wouldn't recommend staying here there are far better optioneel

The accommodation didn't have good conditions: - No place to hang towels or even beach clothes to dry; - The dishes in the apartment were dirty; - The shower wet the entire bathroom and there weren't even towels to clean it, we used the same one every day to mop the floor; - If you intend to take a relaxing shower after the beach, forget it, you won't have more than 5 minutes of hot water. When we asked the owner about this water issue, they doubted what we were reporting and said that 60 liters were more than enough. The next day, when we reported the same issue again (thinking there might be a malfunction), the same owner claimed that they weren't a big hotel and therefore didn't have the capacity for much hot water, meaning they weren't honest the first time we reported the problem. Solution we found was to heat water in a pot to use when we ran out of hot water; we're not talking about 15/20-minute showers. - There were two spiders at the apartment's entrance door and dust in various places around the house, indicating poor cleanliness. Just to finish, we were in two other apartments in Croatia, more cheaper than this one, and everything was perfect, so, no, it’s not because is an small apartment.

- feather pillows are awful - bed is extremely uncomfortable - no place to dry clothes and to wash clothes . The nearest laundry costs 20 euro - no possibility to open the window , constant noise outside - bad lightning in the kitchen erea - frying pan is inappropriate for those type of stove etc. - air conditioner chased away the stale air, impossible to breath - synthetic bedding - water pressure is weak - to many decorative stuff, but there are not enough hooks for clothes and towels

Shower was a bit tricky, the water goes everywhere and it gets slippery and wet in the whole bathroom.
